高等职业教育实践教学评价体系研究

【摘要】:我国高等职业教育经过近几年的发展,,具有较大的规模,但由于一些原因,实践教学体系尚不成熟和完善。这主要是因为我国高职院校的教学体系一直注重理论教学,而对于实践教学这种新的教学形式还缺少经验,基本上还是处于摸索阶段,对于实践教学质量的监控手段还处于薄弱阶段,目前大多数高职院校都还没有一套科学合理的实践教学的评价系统,因而建立起一个完善应用性强的实践教学评价体系,提高教学质量、强化培养特色是高等职业院校教育的当务之急,对实践教学实施科学的评价,是促进教学工作不断改进、教学质量不断提高的必要手段。 本体系的主要步骤为:首先建立了高职实践教学的指标体系,并根据评价体系中的指标设计出一套评价指标确定的问卷,让一些具有经验的老师填写,分析结果确定评价指标。再对评价中不确定的指标进行定量化,然后根据权值因子分析法计算各评价指标的权重系数,最后求出各项评价指标的组合权重,从而对实践教学做出合理的评价。高职院校可以利用该系统,在实践教学实施过程中发挥监督检测和指导决策的功能。 本文所研究的评价系统应用于高职院校,能客观真实的反映实践教学质量的各个方面,同时促进了实践教学质量的提高,也为学校的实践教学管理的各项决策提供了有力支持。
[Abstract]:The higher vocational education in our country has been developed in recent years, which has a large scale, but for some reasons. The practice teaching system is not mature and perfect. This is mainly because the teaching system of higher vocational colleges in our country has always paid attention to the theory teaching, but for the practice teaching, this new teaching form is still lack of experience. Basically is still in the groping stage, for the practice teaching quality monitoring means is still in the weak stage, at present most higher vocational colleges do not have a set of scientific and reasonable practical teaching evaluation system. Therefore, it is urgent for higher vocational colleges to establish a perfect practical teaching evaluation system, improve the quality of teaching and strengthen the training of characteristics, and carry out scientific evaluation of practical teaching. It is a necessary means to promote the continuous improvement of teaching work and the continuous improvement of teaching quality. The main steps of this system are as follows: firstly, the index system of practical teaching in higher vocational education is established, and a set of questionnaire is designed according to the index of evaluation system, which is filled out by some experienced teachers. The analysis results determine the evaluation index. Then the uncertain indicators in evaluation are quantified. Then the weight coefficients of each evaluation index are calculated according to the weight factor analysis method. Finally, the combined weight of each evaluation index is calculated. The higher vocational colleges can make use of the system to exert the functions of supervision, detection and guidance in the process of practice teaching. The evaluation system studied in this paper is applied to higher vocational colleges, which can objectively and truly reflect all aspects of practical teaching quality and promote the improvement of practical teaching quality at the same time. Also for the school's practical teaching management decisions to provide strong support.
