职业院校护理专业实训课中教师示范的研究

【摘要】:示范作为一种传统的职业技术教育手段,具有信息包容量大、表达方式直观、易于模仿者理解等优点。示范在职业技术教育中应用广泛,它很好的解决了职业技术教学中课程动手性强、语言难以表达;教师多为原一线技术人员,不能很好应用其他教学方式等困难。 职业院校实训课的示范与实训课的教学效果、学生的技能掌握息息相关。教师在实训课上运用示范,主要是为了能够更好的实现专业课的教学,,完成既定的教学进度,达到职业院校实训课的教学目的。 本文从文献研究入手,整理和分析了国内外关于示范教学的各种研究成果。同时,本研究对职业院校护理专业实训课示范教学的详细观察与记录,并对所获得数据通过统计法进行分析,深入了解了职业院校护理专业实训课示范教学运用的现状与效果,进而分析了示范教学在职业院校护理专业实训课中的意义以及存在的问题,并给出了相应建议,为更好的在职业院校护理专业实训课中开展示范教学提供了参考。 本研究共分为五个章节。第一章为引言,是论文的先行研究部分,主要介绍国内外关于示范教学的相关研究文献,并对其进行梳理,为接下来的研究指明方向。第二章呈现了示范教学的基本结构及理论基础。主要包括“示范的含义、对职业技能形成的影响”等,为进一步研究打下了基础。第三章承接上文对示范教学在职业院校护理专业实训课中的应用类型、时机及场景等做了细致探讨,以完整的文献研究法为之后的实地调查研究做好了准备。第四章通过示范教学在职业院校护理专业实训课中的各个环节反映出示范教学在某些职业护理院校中的现状。笔者通过大量的观察、记录及简明的统计分析法对职业院校护理专业实训课中的示范教学过程进行了全面再现。第五章在分析结果的基础上,总结了目前职业院校护理专业实训课中示范教学存在的问题、原因及改进的相应对策。
[Abstract]:As a traditional means of vocational and technical education, demonstration has the advantages of large information package capacity, intuitive expression and easy to be understood by imitators. Demonstration is widely used in vocational and technical education. It is a good solution to the vocational and technical teaching curriculum hands-on, language is difficult to express; Teachers are the former technical staff, can not be well applied to other teaching methods and other difficulties. The demonstration of practical courses in vocational colleges is closely related to the teaching effect of practical courses and the mastery of students' skills. The use of demonstration by teachers in practical courses is mainly in order to better realize the teaching of specialized courses. To complete the established teaching progress and achieve the purpose of practical training course in vocational colleges. This paper starts with the literature research, collates and analyzes the domestic and foreign research results about the demonstration teaching. At the same time, this study makes a detailed observation and record of the practical teaching of nursing major in vocational colleges. And the data obtained through the statistical analysis, in-depth understanding of the vocational college nursing professional practical training class demonstration teaching status and results. Furthermore, the significance and existing problems of demonstration teaching in practical courses of nursing major in vocational colleges were analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions were given. It provides a reference for developing the model teaching in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges and universities. This research is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, is the first part of the paper, mainly introduces the domestic and foreign research literature on demonstration teaching, and comb it. The second chapter presents the basic structure and theoretical basis of demonstration teaching, including "the meaning of demonstration, the influence on the formation of vocational skills" and so on. The third chapter makes a detailed discussion on the application type, timing and scene of the demonstration teaching in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges and universities. Chapter 4th shows that the demonstration teaching in some vocational nursing colleges and universities through the demonstration teaching in each link in the practical training course of nursing specialty reflects the model teaching in some vocational nursing colleges and universities. The author through a large number of observations. The record and the concise statistical analysis method were used to reproduce the demonstration teaching process in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges. Chapter 5th was based on the results of the analysis. This paper summarizes the existing problems, causes and corresponding countermeasures of the demonstration teaching in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges and universities.
