青海省民族职业教育探析

【摘要】:青海省的特殊省情使得其民族地区倍受人们的关注,尤其是民族自治州县的经济建设更是人们关注的焦点。本文是以青海省少数民族的职业教育为切入点来关注民族自治地方的教育和经济发展,以民族自治地方的少数民族人口比重为参考,来估算当地职业学校民族学生的比例,因此本文选取青海六个自治州和四个自治县职业学校作为研究对象,这些职业学校大多都是中等的综合类职业学校,由于所处的教育层次相同,,所存在的问题相似,具有很强的可比性,同时也能更有力地概括青海省少数民族职业教育的现状。 其实,纵观本文研究的范围,从地域差别上可简要地分为农区和牧区,而从文化宗教层次上又可划分为伊斯兰教文化圈和藏传佛教文化圈。本文详细地对六州四县的职业学校进行了数据分析,从中得出存在问题的共性和个性之处,从而对青海省的民族职业教育进行了宏观把握和微观细分,以求更深入地探究民族职业教育所处的困境,随后便逐一分析了困境形成的原因,最后针对性地提出了若干具有可操作性的建议。
[Abstract]:Because of the special situation of Qinghai Province, the ethnic areas of Qinghai Province have attracted much attention. In particular, the economic construction of ethnic autonomous prefectures and counties is the focus of people's attention. This article focuses on the education and economic development of ethnic autonomous areas from the point of view of vocational education of ethnic minorities in Qinghai Province. The proportion of ethnic minority population in ethnic autonomous areas is taken as a reference to estimate the proportion of ethnic students in local vocational schools. Therefore, this paper selects six autonomous prefectures and four autonomous counties in Qinghai as the research object. Most of these vocational schools are secondary comprehensive vocational schools, because of the same level of education, similar problems, strong comparability, but also can more powerful summary of the status quo of vocational education in Qinghai minority. In fact, throughout the scope of this study, from the regional differences can be briefly divided into rural areas and pastoral areas, From the level of culture and religion, it can be divided into Islamic cultural circle and Tibetan Buddhist cultural circle. This paper analyzes the data of vocational schools in six states and four counties in detail, and draws the common and unique points of the existing problems. In order to probe into the predicament of ethnic vocational education in Qinghai province, the author analyzes the reasons of the predicament one by one, and makes a macro grasp and micro subdivision of the ethnic vocational education in Qinghai Province in order to probe into the plight of the ethnic vocational education in a more thorough way. Finally, some operable suggestions are put forward.
