高职院校学生职业精神培育体系构建初探

【摘要】：在当前的高职院校的教育中,存在着注重学生职业技能、轻视学生职业精神培养的现象,造成学生职业精神缺失,影响职业教育的健康发展。本文通过对当前我国高职院校学生职业精神培育中存在的问题以及原因进行分析,提出了构建高职院校学生职业精神培育体系理论。
[Abstract]:In the current higher vocational education, there exists the phenomenon of paying attention to the students' vocational skills and despising the cultivation of the students' professional spirit, which results in the lack of the students' professional spirit. This paper analyzes the problems and causes existing in the cultivation of vocational spirit of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, and puts forward the theory of constructing the cultivation system of students' professional spirit in higher vocational colleges.
