粤北山区高职师资队伍建设的个案研究

【摘要】：适应区域经济发展的实用型、技术型、生产型高职师资队伍是高职院校培养服务于生产、建设、管理等领域的理实一体化高技术应用型人才的关键。教师数量的短缺、结构的不合理以及专业能力的不足制约着粤北山区高职师资队伍的建设与发展。绩效考核体系的构建、薪酬管理体制的完善、师资培训模式的创新是加强高职院校师资队伍建设,促进粤北山区经济发展的重要途径。
[Abstract]:The practical, technical and productive teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities are the key to train the high technology applied talents in the fields of production, construction, management and so on, and the shortage of the number of teachers is the key to meet the needs of the development of regional economy. The unreasonable structure and the lack of professional ability restrict the construction and development of the teaching staff, the construction of the performance appraisal system and the perfection of the salary management system. The innovation of teacher training mode is an important way to strengthen the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and promote the economic development of northern Guangdong mountain area.
