高职素质教育认知的三重维度

【摘要】：根据当代教育的新理念,高职教育要实施素质教育。从办学维度看,高职教育要培养的是高素质技术技能人才。从内涵维度看,高职教育要在加强学生的职业素质教育、提升学生职业素质的同时,发挥思想素质教育的先导作用、文化素质教育的润养作用、职业素质教育的中坚作用、身心素质教育的支撑作用和创新素质教育的超越作用,提升学生的思想素质、文化素质、身心素质和创新素质。从价值维度看,只有当素质教育得到真正重视时,素质教育类课程才能够获得应有的地位,发挥素质教育作用。三个维度的分析表明,高职院校的人才培养目标、人才素质结构以及素质类课程地位和作用的有效提升客观上要求高职院校实施素质教育。三个维度的认知有助于高职院校深刻理解和把握实施素质教育的必要性和重要性,进而将素质教育落在实处。
[Abstract]:According to the new concept of contemporary education, higher vocational education should carry out quality education. From the perspective of running a school, higher vocational education should train high-quality technical and skilled personnel. From the connotation dimension, higher vocational education should strengthen students' professional quality education. While improving students' professional quality, we should give full play to the leading role of ideological quality education, the nourishing function of cultural quality education, the core role of vocational quality education, the supporting function of physical and mental quality education and the surpassing function of innovative quality education. Improve students' ideological, cultural, physical and mental quality and creative quality. From the value dimension, only when quality education is really valued, can the quality education courses get their due status. The analysis of three dimensions shows that the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges, The effective promotion of talent quality structure and the status and function of quality courses requires the implementation of quality education in higher vocational colleges objectively. The cognition of three dimensions is helpful for higher vocational colleges to understand and grasp the necessity and importance of implementing quality education. Then quality education will fall in practice.
