现代学徒制下企业职业教育责任探析

【摘要】：开展现代学徒制是我国促进校企深度合作的一项重大举措。试点中,由于企业的逐利性、缺乏职业教育话语权和法律法规及制度缺失等原因,导致企业参与职业教育的责任缺失。现代学徒制下,企业作为培养主体之一应承担相应的职业教育责任。通过制订和完善相应法律法规,为企业提供财政支持,赋予企业合理的职业教育权利并通过企业自身加强履责能力等措施,有利于促进企业职业教育责任的落实。
[Abstract]:The development of modern apprenticeship system is an important measure to promote the deep cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country. In the pilot project, due to the profit-driven nature of the enterprises, the lack of the right to speak in vocational education, the lack of laws and regulations, and the lack of systems, etc. Under the modern apprenticeship system, the enterprise, as one of the training subjects, should bear the corresponding responsibility of vocational education. By making and perfecting the relevant laws and regulations, it can provide financial support for the enterprise. It is helpful to promote the implementation of the responsibility of vocational education in enterprises by giving them reasonable rights of vocational education and by strengthening their ability to carry out their duties.
