中职生职业生涯规划影响因素研究

【摘要】:目前的中职生在校内能够接受到多元的生涯信息,包括生涯规划必修或选修课、生涯或升学相关的各式讲座或学术活动、书面资料、网络资源等,多数中职学生均可通过校内教师的生涯辅导协助、自我思考,以及对未来升学信息的收集、参与社团活动、短期打工等方式,借助实际的生活经验,探索个人能力与兴趣,并开始思考未来的生涯世界。然而,在中职教师生涯辅导过程中,仍会发现学生会因面对生涯而产生压力的情况,尤其是对自己在做出生涯决定之前仍有许多复杂的未考虑因素,其中以家庭和个人对于自己跟生涯有关的各项讯息对其生涯决策的影响力最不可忽视。 中等职业学校开展学生职业生涯规划教育,是中职院校突出教育特色、顺应时代变革的必然要求。近些年来,我国中职院校大多开展了学生职业生涯规划教育,对学生树立伟大理想、明确职业目标、规划学习活动和健康成长起到了积极的促进作用。当前,如何更好地完成好职业生涯规划教育课程已成为摆在中职教育者面前的一项重要研究。本研究以中职职业生涯规划教育为研究对象,阐述了文章的研究背景、研究目的与意义,深入对比和分析了相关的国内外文献综述,详尽介绍了中职生生涯规划三个主要影响因素(中职生自我概念、自我效能、家庭环境)模型构建的基本情况,通过对贵州省九所公办中职校三个年级近千人的调查分析,得出了三个影响因素的相互作用模型。研究发现家庭环境、生涯自我概念对中职生的生涯目标选择与生涯规划相关度最高,生涯能力与生涯兴趣对中职生整体生涯自我效能的影响最高。最后,针对中职生职业教育者、学校生涯教育与咨询辅导不同出发点,有针对性的提出了完善中职院校职业生涯规划教育的可行措施。
[Abstract]:At present, students in secondary vocational schools can receive a variety of career information, including required or elective courses in career planning, various lectures or academic activities related to their careers or further studies, written materials, network resources, etc. Most secondary vocational school students can explore their personal abilities and interests through career guidance, self-thinking, information collection, community activities, short-term employment, and so on. And began to think about the future career world. However, in the process of career guidance for secondary vocational school teachers, students will still be found to be under pressure from their careers. In particular, there are still many complicated unconsidered factors before making career decisions, among which the influence of family and individuals on their career decisions is the most important. It is necessary for secondary vocational schools to carry out students' career planning education in order to meet the needs of the changes of the times. In recent years, most secondary vocational schools have carried out students' career planning education. For students to establish great ideals, clear career goals, planning learning activities and healthy growth has played a positive role. How to better complete the curriculum of career planning education has become an important research in front of secondary vocational school educators. This study takes secondary vocational career planning education as the research object, and expounds the research background, purpose and significance of the article. This paper deeply compares and analyzes the relevant literature review at home and abroad, and introduces in detail the basic situation of the construction of the three main influencing factors (self-concept, self-efficacy, family environment) of the secondary vocational school students' career planning. Based on the investigation and analysis of nearly 1,000 students in three grades of nine public vocational schools in Guizhou Province, the interaction model of the three influencing factors was obtained. The study found that the family environment, Career self-concept has the highest correlation to career goal choice and career planning of secondary vocational school students, and career ability and career interest have the highest influence on the overall career self-efficacy of secondary vocational school students. Different starting points of school career education and counseling are put forward to perfect the vocational career planning education in vocational colleges and universities.
