中华职业教育社的工艺与设计教育研究(1917-1937)

【摘要】:民国时期是中国设计教育萌生、发展的重要阶段,而职业类的设计教育,和专业艺术类、师范类、工科类的设计教育一起,共同构成了此时期设计教育探索的整体格局。在民国职业类设计教育的早期探索中,黄炎培创立的中华职业教育社具有相当的代表性与典型性。中华职业教育社于1917年在上海成立,是我国创办和实施职业教育的一个社会团体,一直致力于研究和宣传职业教育理论,提出“谋个性之发展,为个人谋生之准备,为个人服务社会之准备,为国家及世界增进生产力之准备”的职业教育目的,为中国职业教育事业作出了巨大贡献。其以社会需求为导向的专业和课程设置,手脑并用的教学模式,在这一时期工艺与设计教育的发展中具有相当突破的典型意义,影响重大。1917年-1937年是中华职业教育社在上海成立后发展的早期。通过前期的社会调查和国外考察,中华职业教育社根据社会需要开设了金工科、木工科,珐琅科、钮扣科,设立了实习与生产工场,鼓励学生在学习理论知识的同时加强实践能力。虽然当时没有明确的设计教育理念及系统的设计教育体系,,但是从其课程安排来看,包括了比较大的设计教育成分,工艺中包含设计,设计中蕴含工艺,可以统称为工艺与设计教育。 本文通过重点分析中华职业教育社工艺与设计教育的专业设置原则和培养目标、教学模式、课程内容、课程学制、教学管理的特征,进一步论证中华职业教育社工艺与设计教育的特点,突出工艺与设计教育在职业教育发展中的重要性。同时,在工艺与设计教育繁荣的今天,笔者希望通过对中华职业教育社办学经验和局限性的反思,对当下工艺与设计教育的发展提供可资借鉴的作用。
[Abstract]:The period of the Republic of China was an important stage for the initiation and development of Chinese design education. In the early exploration of vocational design education in the Republic of China, The China Vocational Education Society founded by Huang Yanpei is quite representative and typical. It was founded in 1917 in Shanghai and is a social organization for the establishment and implementation of vocational education in China. Has been committed to the research and dissemination of vocational education theory, proposed "seek the development of personality, for the individual to earn a living, for the personal service of society, for the national and world preparation for the promotion of productive forces" vocational education purpose, It has made great contribution to the cause of vocational education in China. Its teaching mode, which is based on social demand and curriculum, hand and brain, has a typical significance of breakthrough in the development of technology and design education in this period. 1917 to 1937 was the early stage of the development of China Vocational Education Association after its establishment in Shanghai. Through the early social investigation and overseas investigation, the Chinese Vocational Education Society established the Golden Engineering, Wood Engineering, Enamel and Button departments according to the social needs. An internship and production workshop was set up to encourage students to strengthen their practical ability while learning theoretical knowledge. Although there was no clear concept of design education and a systematic design education system at that time, from the perspective of the curriculum arrangement, It contains a large component of design education, including design, design and design education, which can be called "process and design education". This paper analyzes the characteristics of specialty setting principle and training goal, teaching mode, course content, curriculum system and teaching management of craft and design education in China Vocational Education Society. Further demonstrating the characteristics of craft and design education in China Vocational Education Society, highlighting the importance of technology and design education in the development of vocational education, at the same time, at the same time, in today's prosperous technology and design education, The author hopes that through the reflection on the experience and limitation of running a school in China Vocational Education Society, it can be used as a reference for the development of technology and design education.
