国内外现代学徒制文献研究综述

【摘要】：文章通过梳理国内外学徒制相关文献,概述现代学徒制研究现状,归纳国内外学者关于学徒制发展史、本质属性和基本特征、"导学关系"研究、实证调查研究、国别研究、各行业的应用以及模式研究等现代学徒制主要热点问题的研究成果,并在简要评述近年来国内外现代学徒制文献主要特点的基础上,提出对以后研究的一些建议。
[Abstract]:By combing the relevant literature of apprenticeship system at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the current research situation of modern apprenticeship system, summarizes the history, essential attributes and basic characteristics of apprenticeship system, studies on the relationship between "guidance and learning", empirical investigation, and country study, at home and abroad. On the basis of a brief review of the main characteristics of the literature on modern apprenticeship system at home and abroad in recent years, some suggestions for future research are put forward.
