职业技能竞赛对中等职业教育生态的影响研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育以培养适应社会需求,在生产、建设、服务一线工作的技能型人才为目标,职业技能竞赛重点考查学生的职业技能水平,两者在强调学生职业技能上具有高度的内在一致性。自2008年首届中、高职共同参与的全国职业院校技能大赛举办以来,职业技能竞赛成为中等职业教育领域的一项重要活动,受到社会各界的广泛关注。此后,全国范围内职业技能竞赛此起彼伏,逐渐形成“层层选拔”的局面,教师培养学生职业技能的意识增强、学生学习技能的热情高涨、中等职业学校的知名度提高、校企合作的程度加强;然而也出现了对职业技能竞赛的质疑,如职业技能竞赛成为部分教师和学生的“专利”、增加了中等职业学校的经济负担、出现了功利主义倾向等。 立足于省级及以上和部分市级职业技能竞赛,通过对国家——省(市、自治区)——市职业技能竞赛相关政策和国家、省(市、自治区)的职业技能竞赛通知进行文本分析,发现职业技能竞赛政策在制定目的、基本制度、奖励比例方面上下基本保持一致,但各省省级职业技能竞赛在竞赛时间、奖项设置等方面存在一定的差异。中等职业学校是职业技能竞赛的主要参与者。本研究通过中等职业学校教师和学生的问卷调查,发现职业技能竞赛对中等职业教育的生态环境、生态承载力、生态结构和生态功能带来积极影响的同时,也产生了一定的消极影响。职业技能竞赛制度存在不足,职业技能竞赛政策贯彻落实不到位,对职业技能竞赛目标和功能定位有失偏颇,部分教育行政人员、学校领导、教师的功利主义倾向是产生消极影响的重要原因。为进一步完善职业技能竞赛、促进中等职业教育生态的健康发展,可从树立职业技能竞赛可持续发展的生态观、创建职业技能竞赛健康发展的生态环境、优化中等职业教育的生态结构三方面做出努力。
[Abstract]:The aim of secondary vocational education is to train skilled personnel who can meet the needs of the society and to produce, build and serve the front-line work. The vocational skill competition focuses on the level of vocational skills of students. Since 2008, the National Vocational College skills Competition in which higher vocational colleges participated has become an important activity in the field of secondary vocational education. Since then, there has been a nationwide competition for vocational skills, gradually forming a "layer by layer selection" situation. Teachers' awareness of training students' vocational skills has increased, and students' enthusiasm for learning skills has risen. The visibility of secondary vocational schools has increased and the degree of cooperation between schools and enterprises has increased; however, there have also been doubts about vocational skills competitions, such as the fact that vocational skills competitions have become "patents" for some teachers and students, increasing the financial burden on secondary vocational schools. There is a utilitarian tendency, etc. Based on the vocational skill competitions at the provincial level and above and some municipalities, the text analysis was carried out on the policies related to the national and provincial vocational skills competitions and the national, provincial (municipal, autonomous region) vocational skills competition notices. It is found that the policy of vocational skill competition is basically consistent in terms of purpose, basic system and reward ratio, but the provincial vocational skill competition is in competition time. There are some differences in award setting. Secondary vocational school is the main participant in vocational skill competition. This study is based on a questionnaire survey of teachers and students in secondary vocational schools. It is found that the vocational skill competition has a positive impact on the ecological environment, ecological carrying capacity, ecological structure and ecological function of secondary vocational education, and at the same time, it also has some negative effects. The implementation of vocational skills competition policy is not in place, the goal and function orientation of vocational skills competition is biased, some educational administrators and school leaders, Teachers' utilitarianism tendency is an important reason for negative influence. In order to further improve vocational skill competition and promote the healthy development of secondary vocational education ecology, we can set up the ecological view of sustainable development of vocational skill competition. To establish the ecological environment of healthy development of vocational skill competition and to optimize the ecological structure of secondary vocational education.
