认知学徒制在高职教学中的应用研究

【摘要】：认知学徒制作为一种科学的教学理论,强调在真实或类似于真实情境中培养学生的认知能力,是提高教学质量的有效方式,与高职教育教学中"以学为主"的教学理念相符。将认知学徒制应用于高职教学,其主要步骤包括:教师构建心智模型、实施指导和提供帮助,学生清晰表达、进行反思和独立探究,并接受企业培训等。
[Abstract]:Cognitive apprenticeship is a kind of scientific teaching theory, which emphasizes that cultivating students' cognitive ability in real or similar situations is an effective way to improve the quality of teaching. The cognitive apprenticeship system is applied to higher vocational education. The main steps of applying cognitive apprenticeship system to higher vocational education include: teachers construct mental model, implement guidance and help, and students express clearly. Carry on the reflection and independent inquiry, and accept the enterprise training and so on.
