江西高职院校校园文化建设之行为文化建设研究

【摘要】：文章重点在于了解江西高职院校校园行为文化的建设情况，并为促进江西高职院校校园行为文化建设提出若干建议。为了达到研究预期目标，文章主要运用了调查研究方法、文献研究方法和比较研究方法。结合查阅的文献，文章阐述了普通高校与高职院校校园行为文化的不同，以及高职院校校园行为文化建设的特殊之处。文章研究了江西高职院校校园行为文化建设中存在的若干问题，即思想政治教育不充分、行为文化的建设缺乏开放性、行为文化的建设中存在功利化倾向和低俗化倾向、网络时代影响了校园人际交往、校园活动数量和质量的欠缺降低了校园行为文化的丰富性和品位度、社团建设落后致使校园行为文化丰富性不足等。在深入分析了影响高职院校校园行为文化形成的因素之后，，文章提出了促进江西高职院校校园行为文化建设的对策建议，即加强思想政治教育、加强制度建设、加强校园行为文化组织队伍建设、提高大学生的社会实践能力和人际交往能力、利用好互联网信息技术、开展高品位的校园活动六条主要建议。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on understanding the construction of campus behavior culture in Jiangxi higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the construction of campus behavior culture in Jiangxi higher vocational colleges. In order to achieve the expected goal of the research, the article mainly uses the investigation and research methods. Literature research methods and comparative research methods. Combined with the literature consulted, this paper expounds the differences between the campus behavior culture of ordinary colleges and higher vocational colleges. This paper studies some problems existing in the construction of campus behavior culture in Jiangxi higher vocational colleges, that is, insufficient ideological and political education, lack of openness in the construction of behavior culture. There is utilitarian tendency and vulgarization tendency in the construction of behavior culture, the network age has influenced the campus interpersonal communication, the lack of the quantity and quality of campus activities has reduced the richness and grade of campus behavior culture. The backwardness of community construction leads to the insufficient richness of campus behavior culture. After deeply analyzing the factors influencing the formation of campus behavior culture in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of campus behavior culture in Jiangxi higher vocational colleges. That is, to strengthen ideological and political education, strengthen the construction of systems, strengthen the construction of campus behavioral and cultural organizations, improve college students' ability in social practice and interpersonal communication, and make good use of Internet information technology. There are six main suggestions for developing high-grade campus activities.
