文化自觉视域下的高职院校特色文化建设

【摘要】：高职院校要树立文化自觉,加强特色文化建设。文章首先分析了文化自觉视域下高职院校特色文化建设的现实意蕴:是高职院校提升核心竞争力的必然要求,是高职院校文化传承与创新的重要举措,是高职院校推进文化育人的价值诉求。然后提出了文化自觉视域下高职院校特色文化建设的实现路径:彰显高职教育特色,建设高职物质文化;树立文化使命意识,建设高职精神文化;融合行业企业文化,建设高职制度文化;搭建文化活动平台,建设高职行为文化。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges should establish cultural consciousness and strengthen the construction of characteristic culture. Firstly, the article analyzes the realistic implication of the construction of characteristic culture in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of cultural consciousness: it is an inevitable requirement for higher vocational colleges to enhance their core competitiveness. It is an important measure of cultural inheritance and innovation in higher vocational colleges and the value demand of promoting cultural education in higher vocational colleges. Then it puts forward the way to realize the construction of characteristic culture in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of cultural consciousness: to highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education. To construct material culture of higher vocational education, to establish cultural mission consciousness, to construct spiritual culture of higher vocational education, to integrate enterprise culture of higher vocational education, to construct system culture of higher vocational education, to build cultural activity platform and to construct behavior culture in higher vocational education.
