多元培养主体参与双创型人才培养模式研究——基于产教融合实践平台以苏州经贸职业技术学院为例

【摘要】：创新创业型人才培养需要构建一整套理论和实践载体。当前高校在创新创业人才培养模式改革上探索出不少方式方法途径,其中高校产教融合实践平台的建设与发展不断引起各界的关注。从产教融合、校企合作的角度出发,对高职院校产教融合实践平台建设、管理和运行对创新创业型人才的作用进行分析研究,对在多元培养主体下如何建立创新创业型人才培养机制提出分析和建议。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to construct a set of theoretical and practical carriers for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. At present, colleges and universities are exploring many ways and means to reform the training mode of innovative entrepreneurial talents. Among them, the construction and development of the practical platform for the integration of industry and education in colleges and universities has been attracting the attention of all walks of life. From the angle of the integration of industry and education and the cooperation between schools and enterprises, the practical platform for the integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is constructed. This paper analyzes and studies the role of innovative entrepreneurial talents in management and operation, and puts forward some analysis and suggestions on how to establish the training mechanism of innovative entrepreneurial talents under the pluralistic training subject.
