教师视野下中职教师培训问题研究

【摘要】:学校教育领域的国际比较研究显示学校的决策与教学质量一方面取决于学校领导层的能力与办学思路,另一方面更离不开学校教师的整体素质和教育教学能力。随着职业教育研究的深入,职教师资问题获得了越来越多的关注,而对职教师资的有效培训是当前加强职业教育师资队伍建设、进行教师教育,从而提高职业教师专业化水平的重要途径,新世纪以来,尤其是随着职业教育课程改革进入深入发展阶段,上海市中等职业教育教师培训计划层出不穷。在中职教师培训颇受关注的情况下,培训有效性却无法保障,培训质量令人担忧。要想采取行之有效的改进措施,切实改进职业教育教师培训现状,必然需要对中职教师培训中存在的各方面问题进行全面的把握和深层次的剖析。 借着职业教育教师专业化的发展浪潮,本文从培训与教师专业化方面入手,寻求理论支持,通过对培训过程的各环节分析,以实证调查研究为基础,从中职教师的培训机会供给与落实、培训模式的选择与组织、培训效果的评价与保障等三个主要环节,对上海市中职教师培训中实际存在的问题与不足之处进行了相对深入、系统的研究,并作了相应的阐述。整体而言,培训中的问题主要基于两个方面:一方面对于职业教育教师培训缺乏科学的规划与系统研究,由此带来整个培训过程的低效与无序,另一方面在于缺乏对受训主体的关注,过程中的问题只有参与者能把握问题所在,没有对教师发展需要的了解,必然无法照顾到教师个体对于培训内容的吸收、反馈,使得参训教师在培训知识的接受方面较为消极和被动,从而导致职校教师的能力培养、素质提高缺乏必要的发展环境和条件,受训教师无法真正参与到培训中。 同时基于终身学习的思想,结合培训中的问题,对当前中职教师培训的实效性进行了探讨,最终将问题回归到对于教师生涯发展的关注,通篇文章时刻关注培训的服务主体-中职教师,充分体现了培训效益落实于个体关怀的价值。最后提出了相应的对策与建议,职业教育教师培训无论是计划到组织实施都要有一定的组织逻辑性,有一定的参照标准,从操作层面提出的培训行为策略以期对于中职教师培训的实效性问题的改进与提高有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:International comparative studies in the field of school education show that the decision-making and teaching quality of the school depends on the ability of the school leadership and the idea of running a school. On the other hand, it can not do without the overall quality of school teachers and teaching ability. With the deepening of vocational education research, the problem of vocational education teachers has received more and more attention. The effective training of vocational teachers is an important way to strengthen the construction of teachers in vocational education, to carry out teacher education, and to improve the professional level of vocational teachers. Especially, with the further development of vocational education curriculum reform, the secondary vocational education teacher training programs in Shanghai are emerging in endlessly. While the secondary vocational teacher training has received considerable attention, the effectiveness of the training cannot be guaranteed. The quality of training is worrisome. If we want to take effective measures to improve the current situation of teachers' training in vocational education, it is necessary to comprehensively grasp and deeply analyze the problems existing in the training of secondary vocational teachers. Under the development tide of teacher specialization in vocational education, this paper starts with the aspects of training and teacher specialization, seeks theoretical support, through the analysis of each link of the training process, based on the empirical investigation and research. From the following three main links: the supply and implementation of training opportunities for secondary vocational school teachers, the selection and organization of training mode, the evaluation and guarantee of training effect, the problems and deficiencies in the training of secondary vocational teachers in Shanghai are relatively deep. As a whole, the problems in training are mainly based on two aspects: on the one hand, there is a lack of scientific planning and systematic research on teacher training in vocational education. This brings about the inefficiency and disorder of the whole training process, on the other hand, the lack of attention to the subject of the training, the problems in the process are only the participants can grasp the problem, there is no understanding of the development needs of teachers. It is impossible to take account of the individual teachers' absorption and feedback of the training content, which makes the teachers receive training knowledge more passively and passively, which leads to the ability training of teachers in vocational schools. The quality improvement lacks the necessary development environment and the condition, the trained teacher cannot really participate in the training. At the same time, based on the thought of lifelong learning and the problems in training, the paper discusses the effectiveness of the current secondary vocational teachers' training, and finally returns the problem to the attention of the teacher's career development. The whole article pays close attention to the service subject of training-the secondary vocational teachers, which fully reflects the value of the benefit of training in individual care. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The training of teachers in vocational education should have a certain organizational logic and a certain reference standard, both in terms of planning and organization implementation. The training behavior strategies put forward from the operational level can be used for reference to improve the effectiveness of the training of secondary vocational school teachers.
