江西工业工程职业技术学院URP评价实例研究

【摘要】：随着信息化社会的高速发展,在高校推行数字校园建设,已成为国内许多大学提升教育质量和办学水平的一项重要举措。数字校园建设主要包括在校园信息基础设施、信息网络应用系统、教育教学资源等方面,形成整体化的数字校园系统,在高校教育管理过程中实现教学、科研、管理、办公的信息化、网络化。数字校园建设水平代表了高校整体实力的强弱和现代化的程度,也是高校教育信息化在数字时代的发展趋势和必然产物。目前,国内一些高校在数字校园建设的不断实践和探索过程中,取得很多可喜的成绩,但与此同时,也存在不少问题,如校园建设总体水平较低,网络资源的利用率低,信息资源开发落后,信息孤岛现象严重等等,特别是高职类院校,这类问题尤为突出。学校要获得更好的发展,就得寻求一个适合学校发展的数字校园建设模式,只有如此,才能够在信息社会的激烈竞争中立于不败之地。大学资源计划(University Resource Planning,简称URP)是数字校园建设的核心,它是一种全新的信息资源整合方法和教育资源管理模式,代表着大学的信息化水平和综合实力。本文以国内外高校数字校园建设为背景,通过介绍URP相关理论,讨论了URP的体系结构,URP规划的常用方法,URP数字校园建设水平的评价体系。结合江西工业工程职业技术学院的实际情况,构建了基于URP的数字校园系统模型,阐述了URP建设项目的内容及措施,利用综合模糊评价法对学院的数字化水平进行评价,最后对江西工业工程职业技术学院现有的数字校园建设存在的问题进行对策研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information society, the implementation of digital campus construction in colleges and universities has become an important measure for many universities in China to improve the quality of education and the level of running schools. The construction of digital campus mainly includes the campus information infrastructure. Information network application system, educational resources and other aspects, forming an integrated digital campus system, in the process of education management in colleges and universities to achieve teaching, scientific research, management, office information, The level of digital campus construction represents the strength and modernization of the university as a whole, and it is also the trend and inevitable outcome of the university education informatization in the digital age. At present, some colleges and universities in China have made many gratifying achievements in the process of continuous practice and exploration of the construction of digital campus, but at the same time, there are also many problems, such as the low level of campus construction and the low utilization rate of network resources. The development of information resources is backward, the phenomenon of information isolated islands is serious and so on, especially in higher vocational colleges. If schools want to obtain better development, they must seek a digital campus construction model suitable for the development of schools. University Resource Planning (URP) is the core of the construction of digital campus, which is a new method of information resources integration and educational resource management. Represents the university's information level and comprehensive strength. Based on the construction of digital campus at home and abroad, this paper introduces the theory of URP. This paper discusses the common methods of URP architecture planning and the evaluation system of URP digital campus construction level. Combined with the actual situation of Jiangxi Industrial Engineering Vocational and Technical College, a digital campus system model based on URP is constructed. This paper expounds the contents and measures of the URP construction project, evaluates the digitization level of the college by using the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and finally studies the existing problems in the construction of the digital campus in Jiangxi Industrial Engineering Vocational and Technical College.
