高职计算机应用基础课程分层教学模式的实践研究

【摘要】:摘要 随着高中、大学、高职、中职学校的招生竞争日益激烈,高职的生源受到了一定程度的影响,主要表现在生源的地域差异、录取分数参差不齐、质量高低不一、基础知识水平相差悬殊等方面。这对当今的高职教育提出了严峻的挑战和迫切的改变传统的教学模式的需要,必须重视学生中现实存在着的这些差异,如果教师任然按照统一标准要求不同层次水平的学生,势必会导致差生跟不上,优生学不精的尴尬局面,,对于操作技能要求比较高的计算机应用基础课程尤为突出。本文从借鉴了分层教学的理论经验,以教育理论基础为依托,从实践的角度出发,提出了在高职计算机应用基础课程的教学中采用分层教学模式,并在我校的实际教学实践中对笔者教的两个班级进行实验研究。总结了在笔者进行的分层教学的实验中,如何对学生分层、教学目标分层、任务分层,如何分层教学、分层评价等方面的方法与经验,通过比较法,对实验的过程和结果进行分析,总结了成功的经验和实验中还存在的不足,得出分层教学是有利于调动学生学习的积极性、有利于教学面向全体、有利于提高课堂教学、有利于学生在学习中培养探索能力和创新精神、有利于教师自身素质的提高,分层教学是一种全面提高教学质量的有效方法,是一种符合“以人为本”、“因材施教”教学理念的教学模式,符合现代教学理论的教学模式,是值得高职院校大力推广的教学模式,本文对计算机应用基础课程教学研究有一定的理论和实践意义,对其他研究者有一定的借鉴作用和参考价值。
[Abstract]:Abstract. With the increasingly fierce competition among high schools, universities, vocational colleges and secondary vocational schools, the student resources of higher vocational schools have been affected to a certain extent, mainly in the regional differences of students' sources, the uneven enrollment scores and the different quality. The difference in the level of basic knowledge has posed a severe challenge to today's higher vocational education and the urgent need to change the traditional teaching mode. We must pay attention to these differences existing in reality among students. If teachers still follow the unified standards and require students at different levels, it will inevitably lead to an awkward situation in which poor students cannot keep up, and eugenics are not good at learning. The basic course of computer application, which requires high operational skills, is particularly outstanding. This paper draws lessons from the theoretical experience of stratified teaching, relies on the foundation of educational theory, and sets out from the perspective of practice. This paper puts forward a hierarchical teaching model in the teaching of the basic course of computer application in higher vocational education, and carries out an experimental study on the two classes taught by the author in the actual teaching practice of our university, and summarizes the experiment of the stratified teaching carried out by the author. How to delaminate the students, the teaching goal, the task, how to stratify the teaching, how to stratify the evaluation and other methods and experience, through the comparative method, the process and results of the experiment are analyzed. Summing up the successful experience and the shortcomings in the experiment, it is concluded that stratified teaching is conducive to arousing students' enthusiasm for learning, to facing the whole teaching, and to improving classroom teaching. It is beneficial for the students to cultivate the ability of exploration and the spirit of innovation in their study, and to improve the teachers' own quality. Stratified teaching is an effective method to improve the teaching quality in an all-round way. It is a kind of teaching mode which accords with the teaching idea of "people-oriented" and "teaching according to aptitude" and the teaching mode of modern teaching theory, which is worthy of being popularized in higher vocational colleges. This article has certain theoretical and practical significance to the teaching research of the basic course of computer application, and has certain reference function and reference value to other researchers.
