职业技术学院教师职业生命质量及其影响因素

【摘要】:目的:了解职业技术学院教师的职业生命质量(QWL)及影响因素。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取河南省3所职业技术学院1 200名教师,采用职业生命质量量表(QWL7-32)进行问卷调查。结果:女性教师在心理健康维度和工作主动性维度的得分高于男性教师(t=2.603和3.613,P0.05);不同年龄教师在生理健康、心理健康、职业胜任感、工作主动性和工作与家庭平衡感维度的得分差异有统计学意义(F=3.648、8.216、4.256、8.250和7.662,P0.05);已婚教师在职业胜任感、职业满意度、职业自豪感和工作主动性维度的得分高于未婚者(t=4.485、2.101、2.009和3.260,P0.05)。不同职称状况教师在生理健康、职业满意度、职业自豪感、工作主动性维度的得分差异有统计学意义(F=3.104、3.582、2.931、3.744,P0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,影响职业技术学院教师QWL的因素有工作适宜性(β=1.641,t=17.719,P0.001)、工作协作(β=1.403,t=9.491,P0.001)、上级支持(β=1.167,t=7.918,P0.001)、管理措施(β=-0.786,t=5.931,P0.001)和年龄(β=1.717,t=3.610,P0.001)。结论:通过改善相关的职业影响因素可以提高职业技术学院教师的QWL。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of professional life (QWL) of teachers in vocational and technical colleges and its influencing factors. Methods: 1 200 teachers from 3 vocational and technical colleges in Henan province were selected by random cluster sampling. Results: the scores of female teachers in mental health dimension and work initiative dimension were higher than that in male teachers (2.603 and 3.613) P0.05.The teachers of different ages were in physical health, mental health and occupational competence. There were significant differences in the scores of work initiative and work-family balance between the two dimensions. There were significant differences in the scores of F 3.648 / 8.216U 4.2568.250 and 7.662n P0.05.The married teachers had a sense of occupational competence and job satisfaction, and a significant difference was found in the scores of job initiative and work-family balance. The scores of occupational pride and work initiative were higher than those of unmarried persons (4.4852.101and 3.260P0.050.The teachers with different professional titles had higher scores of physical health, job satisfaction, occupational pride, etc.). There were significant differences in the scores of work initiative dimension between two groups. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in the scores of work initiative dimensions. The factors influencing the QWL of teachers in vocational and technical colleges are job suitability (尾 1.641t = 17.719g / P 0.001), work cooperation (尾 1.403t9.491/ P0.001), superior support (尾 1.167t7.918g / P0.001g), management measures (尾 -0.786t / 5.931/ P0.001) and age (尾 = 1.717t3.610p ~ (1)). Conclusion: teachers' QWLs can be improved by improving the relevant occupational influencing factors.
