就业竞争力视阈下茶叶加工专业学生创业教育的模式创新

【摘要】：近年来,受到互联网等新兴产业的冲击,线下实体产业发展越来越困难,尤其是传统的加工产业发展更是举步维艰。在这样的背景下,相关行业的竞争必然加大,毕业生找工作也越来越难。因此,鼓励相关专业的学生进行自主创新、自主创业是解决就业难的重要途径。茶叶加工专业学生虽然相较于普通大学生具有自身独特的竞争优势,但是依然免不了就业难、工资低等问题。因此,在高校中对茶叶加工手艺进行针对性的扩展培养,通过高校与企业合作展开高校创业教育来提升茶叶加工专业学生在校期间的创业能力,有利于茶叶加工学生就业,增强创业动力,开启具有中国特色的高校创业教育新模式。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the impact of the Internet and other emerging industries, offline physical industry development is becoming more and more difficult, especially the traditional processing industry development is even more difficult. In this context, the competition of related industries will inevitably increase. It is becoming more and more difficult for graduates to find jobs. Therefore, it is an important way to solve the problem of employment by encouraging students of relevant majors to make independent innovations and to start their own businesses. Although tea processing students have their own unique competitive advantages over ordinary college students, However, it is still inevitable to avoid the problems of employment and low wages. Therefore, in colleges and universities, we should expand the cultivation of tea processing skills. Through the cooperation between universities and enterprises, we can promote the entrepreneurial ability of tea processing students during the school period, which is beneficial to the employment of tea processing students, enhance the entrepreneurial motivation, and open a new mode of entrepreneurship education with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities.
