【摘要】:对教师教学质量的评估是高等院校定期要做的重要工作之一,,但影响教学质量的因素很多,若单一的用学生的成绩的高低去评价教师的教学质量显然不够客观公正。本报告通过对抚顺师专的教师教学质量评估数据的分析,提出了评价教学质量的协方差分析模型,给出了影响教学质量的几个主要因素,并对分析的结果进行了解释和讨论。
[Abstract]:The evaluation of teachers' teaching quality is one of the important tasks that colleges and universities should do regularly, but there are many factors that affect the quality of teaching. It is obvious that it is not objective and fair to evaluate teachers' teaching quality by using the students' grades. This report puts forward a covariance analysis model to evaluate the teaching quality by analyzing the evaluation data of the teachers' teaching quality in Fushun Teachers' College. Several main factors affecting the teaching quality are given, and the results of the analysis are explained and discussed.
