中职校教师职业幸福感的现状、问题及管理对策

【摘要】:教育要发展要依靠教师,教师的职业幸福感对我国的教育事业的发展有着极其重要的作用。如何提高教师的职业幸福感是全社会都应关注和努力的。本文在借鉴国内外对教师职业幸福感的基础上,通过对教师职业幸福感相关概念的界定及对提高中职教师职业幸福感作用的阐明,得出了提高中职教师职业幸福感的必要性。同时,通过调查研究,分析当前中职教师职业幸福感的现状、存在的问题和产生的原因,最后对如何提高中职教师职业幸福感提出了相应的对策和建议。本文通过四个部分来对中职教师幸福的问题进行分析与探讨。 第一部分本文先提出选题的缘由;然后通过分析国内外相关研究的现状,最后对中职教师职业幸福感的相关概念进行界定。 第二部分本文通过问卷、访谈等调查方法对福州中职教师幸福感进行分析,归纳当前中职教师存在的状况。 第三部分本文分别从个人、学校和社会等方面寻找中职教师幸福感不高的原因,并进行归因分析。 第四部分本文依照实际的调查研究、分析,提出提升中职教师职业幸福感的方法和策略,为提高教师幸福感提供参考。
[Abstract]:The development of education depends on teachers. Teachers' professional well-being plays an extremely important role in the development of education in China. The whole society should pay close attention to how to improve teachers' professional well-being. By defining the related concepts of teachers' professional well-being and clarifying the role of improving the vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers, the necessity of improving the vocational well-being of secondary vocational teachers is obtained. At the same time, through the investigation and research, This paper analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers. Finally, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the professional well-being of secondary vocational school teachers. This paper analyzes and discusses the problems of the happiness of secondary vocational school teachers through four parts. The first part of this paper first put forward the reason of the topic; then through the analysis of the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, finally to define the relevant concepts of vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers. The second part of this paper through questionnaires, interviews and other survey methods to Fuzhou secondary vocational school teachers well-being analysis, summed up the current status of secondary vocational teachers. The third part of this paper from the personal, school and social aspects to find out the reasons for the low well-being of secondary vocational school teachers, and conduct attribution analysis. In 4th part, according to the actual investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward the methods and strategies to improve the vocational well-being of secondary vocational school teachers, which provides a reference for improving teachers' well-being.
