【摘要】:高职课程内容开发是高职课程问题的集结点,是解决“教什么”、“学什么”的问题,是落实各级人才培养目标的具体内容和手段,,是解决目前高职课程内容学科化严重、脱离生产实际的重要措施。本论文依据职业教育课程理论,分析了高职课程内容开发面临的困境,在借鉴国内外高职课程内容开发基础上,以文献研究和调查研究为主要研究方法,对高职课程内容开发的主体、结构、路径和评价进行了初步研究。 论文共分三部分。 第一部分是绪论,主要介绍了本研究的概念界定、研究意义、相关文献综述、主要研究思路和方法等。 第二部分分析了我国高职课程内容开发面临的困境,主要包括高职课程内容与各级人才培养目标脱节,高职课程内容与生产实际脱节以及高职课程内容筛选和评价的困境等问题。 第三部分是论文主体部分,在借鉴国内外典型高职课程内容开发模式的基础上,主要从高职课程内容开发的主体、结构、路径和评价四个方面提出了解决目前我国高职课程内容开发困境的相关策略。其中,着重研究了高职课程内容开发的路径问题:即首先要确定高职课程内容开发的主体,主要包括行业企业实践专家、高职教师、课程专家、高职学习者以及家长等。其次是确定高职课程内容的结构,解决高职课程内容的类型、排列顺序及其课时分配问题。再次是依据一定的课程观和原则选择课程内容,并对其进行认真的筛选,以确保筛选出来的课程内容能够满足社会、行业企业和个人三方面的需求。此外,还要对已经筛选好的课程内容进行组织,这是保障高职课程内容最优化的关键环节。最后是对组织好的高职课程内容进行评价,及时搜集反馈信息,为进一步修正高职课程内容和进行下一轮高职课程内容开发提供参考依据。 论文的结论部分梳理了本论文的主要观点,反省了研究过程中面临的问题和困惑,以及今后研究的努力方向。
[Abstract]:The development of curriculum content in higher vocational education is the gathering point of curriculum problems in higher vocational education, the solution to the problems of "what to teach" and "what to learn", the concrete content and means of carrying out the goal of talent training at all levels, and the solution to the serious subjectivization of curriculum contents in higher vocational education at present. Based on the theory of vocational education curriculum, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of higher vocational curriculum content, and draws lessons from the development of higher vocational education curriculum content at home and abroad. In this paper, the main body, structure, path and evaluation of curriculum content development in higher vocational education are preliminarily studied by means of literature research and investigation. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the concept of this study, research significance, related literature review, the main research ideas and methods. The second part analyzes the difficulties facing the development of curriculum content in higher vocational education in China, mainly including the disconnection between the curriculum content of higher vocational education and the goal of talent training at all levels. The course content of higher vocational education is out of touch with the actual production, and the difficulties of course content selection and evaluation in higher vocational education are also discussed. The third part is the main part of the thesis, on the basis of drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign typical higher vocational curriculum content development model, mainly from the subject, structure of the higher vocational curriculum content development, Four aspects of path and evaluation are put forward to solve the current difficulties of curriculum content development in higher vocational education in China. Among them, the paper focuses on the path of curriculum content development in higher vocational education: first of all, to determine the main body of curriculum content development in higher vocational education. It mainly includes industry and enterprise practice experts, higher vocational teachers, curriculum experts, vocational vocational learners and parents, etc. The second is to determine the structure of higher vocational curriculum content and to solve the types of higher vocational curriculum content. The second is to select the curriculum content according to a certain curriculum view and principle, and carefully screen it to ensure that the selected curriculum content can meet the needs of the society. In addition, it is necessary to organize the course content that has been screened, which is the key link to ensure the optimization of the curriculum content in higher vocational education. Finally, it is to evaluate the well-organized curriculum content in higher vocational education. Collecting feedback information in time provides a reference for the further revision of higher vocational curriculum content and the development of the next higher vocational curriculum content. The conclusion of the paper combs the main points of this paper, reflects on the problems and puzzles in the process of research, as well as the direction of future research.
