高职校企合作协同机制研究

【摘要】:从世界各国职业教育的发展经验和教育模式来看,“校企合作,工学结合”是实现学校教育与企业对人才需求“无缝对接”的关键。目前,各级政府和高职院校都已认识到高职教育走校企合作办学之路的重要性和紧迫性,但是校企合作教育的现状并不十分理想。从校企合作的广度看,绝大多数高职院校的校企合作教育还停留在个别的专业试点上;从校企合作的深度看,绝大多数高职院校的校企合作教育仍然停留在表层形式上,企业在专业培养计划、课程设置等方面并未参与;从校企合作的时间上看,绝大多数的校企合作教育都是在高职院校的单方热情下,缺乏稳定的校企合作办学的长效机制,难以维持可持续发展。因此,本文试图结合协同理论,详细剖析校企合作系统各要素,明确影响校企合作深度融合发展的关键因素,构建校企合作协同机制,促进校企合作发挥出“1+12”的协同效应。 本论文的内容主要包括以下几个部分: 第一章绪论,主要介绍论文的选题背景及意义,并对国内外有关协同机制研究的相关文献进行了归纳、总结和评述,在此基础上提出了本文研究思路、研究框架和研究方法。 第二章介绍相关概念及理论,通过对协同学的相关概念、问题、协同机制理论以及系统机制的内涵与特征内容的阐述,为校企合作协同机制模型的构建打下理论基础。 第三章主要对高职教育校企合作协同要素进行分析,依据校企合作现状研究基础,结合系统理论分别对校企协同合作的三大要素:高职、企业和政府进行详细的系统分析,明晰三者之间的关系,来确定影响协同效果的序参量和控制参量,为校企协同模型的构建打下基础。 第四章主要对高职教育校企合作协同机制模型进行分析,首先介绍校企合作协同机制模型的必要性,因为这是构建模型思路的基点,接着对模型框架进行说明。 第五章对校企协同机制进行分析,根据协同模型的构建,从协同机制的形成划分为校企合作协同形成机制,校企合作协同实现机制和校企合作协同约束机制。它们互作用、相互联系,共同发挥各自的功能,促使校企合作协同效应的实现。 第六章结语,,对论文主要观点进行总结并指出论文的不足与有待研究的地方。
[Abstract]:From the development experience and educational model of vocational education in various countries in the world, "the cooperation between school and enterprise, the combination of work and learning" is the key to realize the "seamless connection" between school education and enterprise's demand for talents. Governments at all levels and higher vocational colleges have realized the importance and urgency of taking the road of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education, but the current situation of school-enterprise cooperative education is not very ideal. From the perspective of the breadth of school-enterprise cooperation, The vast majority of school-enterprise cooperative education in higher vocational colleges is still confined to individual professional pilot projects. From the depth of school-enterprise cooperation, the vast majority of school-enterprise cooperative education in higher vocational colleges is still in the superficial form, and enterprises are planning for professional training. From the point of view of the time of cooperation between schools and enterprises, the vast majority of cooperative education between schools and enterprises is based on the unilateral enthusiasm of higher vocational colleges and lacks a stable long-term mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises. It is difficult to maintain sustainable development. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the key factors of the school-enterprise cooperation system in detail, make clear the key factors that affect the development of the school-enterprise cooperation, and construct the school-enterprise cooperation coordination mechanism, which is difficult to maintain sustainable development. To promote cooperation between schools and enterprises to play a "12" synergy. The content of this thesis mainly includes the following parts:. The first chapter is introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of this thesis, and summarizes and comments the relevant literatures about the cooperative mechanism research at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the research ideas, research framework and research methods. The second chapter introduces the related concepts and theories, through the related concepts of Synergetics, problems, cooperative mechanism theory and the connotation and characteristics of the content of the system mechanism, to lay a theoretical foundation for the establishment of cooperative mechanism model of school-enterprise cooperation. The third chapter mainly analyzes the cooperative elements of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education. According to the research basis of the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation, combined with the system theory, the paper makes a detailed systematic analysis of the three elements of the cooperation: higher vocational education, enterprise and government. In order to determine the order parameter and control parameter which affect the synergy effect, the relationship between them is clarified, which lays the foundation for the construction of the cooperation model between school and enterprise. Chapter 4th mainly analyzes the cooperative mechanism model of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education. Firstly, it introduces the necessity of the cooperative mechanism model of school-enterprise cooperation, because this is the basic point of constructing the model, and then explains the framework of the model. Chapter 5th analyzes the cooperative mechanism of school and enterprise. According to the construction of cooperative model, it divides the cooperative mechanism into three kinds: the cooperative mechanism of school and enterprise, the cooperative mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise, and the cooperative constraint mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise. Mutual contact, joint play of their respective functions, to promote cooperation and synergy between schools and enterprises to achieve. The conclusion of the 6th chapter summarizes the main points of the paper and points out the shortcomings of the paper and the place to be studied.
