教师专业化背景下中职专业教师资格标准研究

【摘要】:在世界各国关注教师专业化的进程中,教师资格成为教师专业化的首要条件,是一个国家衡量教师队伍素质水平的主要参照点,是教师资格逐渐法律化的尺度,也是整个教师教育进步程度和发展趋势的重要表现。教师资格标准是教师从事教育职业的基本要求和准则,继我国相继出台中小学和幼儿园教师资格标准之后,职业教育至今没有统一的教师资格标准。当前大部分中职学校都存在专业教师队伍素质结构参差不齐、专业化程度低等问题,根源是没有把握好教师“入口关”。因此,从中职学校实际情况出发,依据我国相关教育政策法规,建立一套科学合理的教师资格标准势在必行。 本研究通过对选定的十所不同规模的中职学校管理者及部分专业教师的调查,了解中职专业教师资格实施现状及存在的问题,并通过对专业教师的走访,了解专业教师需具备的具体素质,,为标准各项指标的确定提供依据。最终建立一套包括职业素养、专业能力、科研能力和自身发展能力四个一级指标及职业理念、师德修养、专业知识结构、职业教学能力等在内的十四个二级指标,包括能力分析在内的指标体系,为我国中职教师资格制度提供借鉴意义。同时还对资格标准实施过程中需要重视的问题进行了探讨,确保资格标准体系的有效实施,实现专业教师整体素质的提高。
[Abstract]:In the process of paying attention to the professionalization of teachers all over the world, the qualification of teachers has become the primary condition for the professionalization of teachers, the main reference point for a country to measure the quality of teachers, and the criterion for the gradual legalization of the qualifications of teachers. It is also an important manifestation of the progress of teacher education and the trend of development. The standard of teacher qualification is the basic requirement and criterion for teachers to engage in the education profession. After the introduction of the qualification standards for teachers in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in succession in our country, There is no uniform qualification standard for teachers in vocational education so far. At present, most secondary vocational schools have problems such as uneven quality structure of professional teachers and low specialization. The root of this problem is that teachers'"entrance" is not well grasped. It is imperative to establish a set of scientific and reasonable teacher qualification standards according to the relevant educational policies and regulations of our country according to the actual situation of secondary vocational schools. Through the investigation of the managers and some professional teachers of ten selected secondary vocational schools of different sizes, the present situation and existing problems of the implementation of the qualifications of the secondary vocational school teachers are understood, and the professional teachers are visited. To understand the specific qualities of professional teachers, to provide the basis for the determination of standard indicators. Finally, to establish a set of four first class indicators, including professional accomplishment, professional ability, scientific research ability and self-development ability, as well as professional concept, teacher's moral accomplishment, etc. Fourteen secondary indicators, including the structure of professional knowledge, the vocational teaching ability, and the index system, including competency analysis, At the same time, it discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the course of carrying out the qualification standard, so as to ensure the effective implementation of the qualification standard system and realize the improvement of the overall quality of professional teachers.
