广西中职教育校企合作研究

【摘要】:当前全球经济复苏缓慢,我国出口疲软,国内经济由出口拉动经济向刺激内需带动经济转变,国内经济处于转型阶段,产业技术要升级,同时,中国东盟自由贸易区的经济贸易日益活跃,国内外企业和职业教育学校逐渐涌入广西参与相关市场的竞争,在这个大环境下,对于广西中等职业教育学校和企业来说,挑战与机遇并存;校企双方合则两利,分则两败俱伤。 依据广西目前的自然资源、经济发展、人力资源、教育与文化等方面的情况来看,在广西大力推行投入资金大、见效周期长的高等教育,不符合实际;另外,广西的企业大都是中小微型企业,其所需要的更多是熟练掌握一两门技术的工人,所以着力推广中职教育才是符合广西本地区经济发展的实际需要,这样才能实现以最少的投入获得最大的经济回报,培养出更多的、本地区急需的技能型人才,实实在在地推动广西本地区经济的发展。当前由于受到校企双方观念意识不统一、合作运行机制不完善、双方利益没有制度保障、政府实质性的扶持力度不够等诸多因素的干扰,这导致了广西中职教育的校企合作大多数还处于浅层次的合作水平。如何促进校企合作的深入发展,如何向广西企业输送一大批符合企业需求的技能型人才,促进产业升级,促进广西本地区的经济发展?这是当前摆在广西中职教育面前的一大问题。同时,这也是本论文研究的重点。 本论文从广西中等职业教育校企合作的实际情况出发,同时借鉴德国“双元制”、美国“产学合作”等国外职业教育校企合作的模式,以“校企合作”为方向,深入分析、探讨广西中职教育校企合作的运行机制、面临的问题,进而提出解决问题的对策。本次调研通过对相关论著、期刊等文献的大量阅读,针对现阶段国外国内职业教育校企合作模式进行分析、总结,采用了文献研究法、调查研究法、比较研究法等教育科学研究方法,从教育、经济、文化、管理等不同方面进行研究,运用定性研究与定量研究、归纳分析与演绎推理、理论研究与实证研究等深入剖析校企合作的实质与发展趋势,探讨并尝试找出推动广西中职教育校企合作深入发展之策。本论文研究的成果主要表现为以下几个方面: 第一,通过对国内外职业教育校企合作的发展历程和现状的回顾,结合目前广西的经济、教育、文化等背景,进一步分析、总结出当前广西中职教育校企合作中存在的主要问题。第二,依据对学校相关领导和师生、对企业相关负责人开展的实证调研,经过分析与总结,找出目前广西中职教育校企合作中出现问题的原因所在,并指出广西中职教育校企合作的未来发展方向。与此同时,本论文还以广西柳州第一职业技术学校、南宁第一职业技术学校等校企合作发展的调研作为实证分析依据。第三,根据广西中职教育校企合作的现状与问题所在,结合对部分学校和企业的实证调研,本论文运用归纳分析法与演绎推理法,提出政府、学校、企业应该相互沟通,相互协调,相互合作,依据市场需求和发展趋势,采取一系列符合广西实际、具有本地特色、切实可行的积极措施,如广西本地政府出台相关扶持性政策、加强广西中职师资队伍建设等,这些都有利于促进具有广西特色的中职教育校企合作不断深入发展,为进一步促进广西本地区的经济发展打下坚实基础。
[Abstract]:The slow recovery of the global economy, China's weak exports, the domestic economy from export led economy to stimulate domestic demand driven economy, the domestic economy in transition, industrial technology to upgrade, at the same time, Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Area has become increasingly active economic and trade, domestic and foreign enterprises and the occupation education school gradually into Guangxi to participate in the competition in the relevant market. In this environment, for Guangxi secondary occupation education schools and enterprises, challenges and opportunities coexist; both sides will benefit, we lose.
According to Guangxi's current natural resources, economic development, human resources, education and cultural aspects of the situation in Guangxi vigorously invest in higher education, long effective period, does not conform to the reality; in addition, Guangxi enterprises are small and medium-sized micro enterprise, it needs more is to master the one or two technologies the workers, so efforts to promote the secondary vocational education is in line with the actual needs of the region's economic development in Guangxi, this can be achieved with minimum capital investment to maximize economic returns, cultivate more local, urgently needed personnel, truly promote the development of Guangxi local economy. Due to the current concept of both sides consciousness is not unified, cooperative operation mechanism is not perfect, there is no system to protect the interests of both sides, the interference of government support substantial enough and many other factors, which caused the Guangxi secondary vocational school Most of the cooperative education in the shallow level of cooperation. How to promote the further development of school enterprise cooperation, how to transport a large number of skilled personnel to meet the business needs to Guangxi enterprises, promote industrial upgrading, promote the region's economic development in Guangxi? This is currently a major problem in front of Guangxi secondary vocational education. At the same time. This is also the focus of this paper.
This paper from the actual situation of Guangxi secondary occupation education of school enterprise cooperation, and from the German "dual system", the "cooperative" mode of cooperation of foreign occupation education school, "school enterprise cooperation" direction, in-depth analysis on the operation mechanism of Guangxi vocational education of school enterprise cooperation, problems, and put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems. This research based on the related books, reading a lot of literature periodicals, at present domestic and foreign occupation education of school enterprise cooperation mode analysis, summary, adopts the methods of literature research, survey research, scientific research methods, comparative study of law education from education, economy, culture, management etc. Research on different aspects, using qualitative and quantitative research, inductive analysis and deductive reasoning, substantive cooperation and development trend of theoretical research and empirical research, in-depth analysis of enterprise. And try to find out the strategy to promote the development of school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational education in Guangxi. The results of this paper are mainly shown in the following aspects:
First, by reviewing the development history and current situation of domestic and foreign occupation education school enterprise cooperation, combined with the current Guangxi economy, education, further analysis of cultural background, summed up the current main problems in Guangxi secondary vocational education school enterprise cooperation. Second, according to the school leaders and students, an empirical research on enterprises responsible people carry out, through the analysis and summary, find out the Guangxi secondary vocational education school enterprise cooperation problems reasons, and points out the future development direction of Guangxi vocational education of school enterprise cooperation. At the same time, the Guangxi Liuzhou first occupation technical school, research and development cooperation of Nanning first occupation technical school enterprise as the analysis basis. Third, according to the current situation and problems of Guangxi vocational education of school enterprise cooperation, combination of school and enterprise on the part of empirical research, this paper used to That analysis method and deductive reasoning method, the government, schools, enterprises should communicate with each other, mutual coordination, mutual cooperation, based on market demand and development trend, take a series of in line with the actual Guangxi, with local characteristics, positive and practical measures, such as the Guangxi local government to support the introduction of relevant policies, strengthen the vocational education teachers in Guangxi the construction, which are conducive to promote vocational education of school enterprise cooperation has the characteristics of Guangxi development, to further promote the Guangxi region's economic development and lay a solid foundation.
