创新高职法律人才培养的探索和实践——基于江苏法院书记员管理体制改革的视角

【摘要】：江苏省法院系统的书记员管理体制改革,需要大量具有法律素养和速录技能的书记员。书记员是高职法律专业学生重要的就业岗位。高职法律人才培养存在困境,必须进行理念创新和制度创新。理念创新要求高职法律事务专业要服务地方司法改革的需求,坚持校政合作育人,培养学生法律素养和提升职业技能。制度创新包括凝练书记员专业方向的培养目标创新和培养内容创新。培养内容创新包括:法律素养和技能双达标的人才培养课程体系创新;课程内容和书记员岗位职业标准无缝对接的课程内容创新;教学过程与司法实践过程对接的教学组织创新和引进法院评价机制的考核机制创新。创新高职法律人才培养,校政合作共育书记员专业人才以助力江苏司法改革。
[Abstract]:The reform of the clerical management system in Jiangsu court system requires a large number of clerks with legal literacy and quick recording skills. Clerks are an important employment position for law students in higher vocational education, and there are difficulties in the training of legal talents in higher vocational education. It is necessary to carry out the innovation of idea and system. The innovation of idea requires that the specialty of higher vocational legal affairs should serve the demand of local judicial reform, insist on the cooperation of school and government to educate people, Training students' legal literacy and improving their vocational skills. The system innovation includes the innovation of training objectives and contents of the professional direction of the clerks, the innovation of the training content includes: the innovation of the talent training curriculum system of both the legal literacy and the technical ability; The innovation of curriculum content and the professional standard of clerical posts, the innovation of teaching organization and the examination mechanism of introducing the court evaluation mechanism, the innovation of teaching organization and judicial practice process, the innovation of the training of higher vocational legal talents, Cooperation between the school and government to educate clerical professionals to help Jiangsu judicial reform.
