以市场需求为导向的高职院校资源配置诊断——基于M校办学状态数据的分析

【摘要】：坚持市场需求导向、充分发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,既是院校节约资源提高效益的必然要求,也是院校提升服务质量的本质需要。对M校各专业大类资源配置情况和用人单位对毕业生、政府以及学生对学校的满意度诊断得出如下结论:教师及其学历职称、实验实训场地和教学仪器设备等指标对政府评价有较大影响,对用人单位及学生的满意度影响不明显。影响因素的相关性分析提示:教师对学生的关注度、学生投入实践训练的有效时间等隐性资源可能是影响学生满意度的关键指标,该校应提高有形资源配置,有效性弥补隐性资源不足。
[Abstract]:Adhering to the market demand orientation and giving full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources is the inevitable requirement for colleges and universities to save resources and improve efficiency. It is also the essential need for colleges and universities to improve the quality of service. To the situation of resource allocation of each major in M school and the satisfaction of employers to graduates, government and students, the following conclusions can be drawn: teachers and their academic titles, The experimental training sites and teaching instruments and equipment have great influence on the evaluation of government, but not on the satisfaction of employers and students. The correlation analysis of influencing factors indicates that teachers pay more attention to students. The recessive resources, such as the effective time for students' practical training, may be the key indicators to affect students' satisfaction. The school should improve the allocation of tangible resources and make up for the deficiency of recessive resources.
