发展校园文化提升高职院校品牌竞争力的对策研究

【摘要】:随着改革开放的逐渐深入,高等职业教育受到社会重视,进入了发展黄金期。面对竞争日益激烈的市场经济,高职院校如何实现可持续发展成为当下重大社会课题。随着高等职业教育的蓬勃发展,高职院校校园文化方面的研究也取得了丰硕的成果。先进校园文化在高职院校人才培养以及提升高职院校的综合水平方面起到了非常重要的作用,是高职院校实现可持续发展的关键。高职院校校园文化与普通高等院校的校园文化相比有其独特之处,这由高等职业教育的基本性质决定的。所以,高职院校的校园文化建设除了具有普通高等院校校园文化中的共性外,还具有明显的个性色彩。因此,发展发展校园文化,提升高职院校品牌竞争力,要坚持从高职院校的实际出发。 论文主体为四个部分: 第一部分:高职院校品牌竞争力与校园文化概述。介绍了高职院校品牌内涵界定、基本特征、高职院校品牌竞争力的价值功能与形象塑造、高职院校校园文化内涵、基本特征与主要内容等; 第二部分:先进校园文化对于提升高职院校品牌竞争力的作用。明确了先进校园文化与高职院校品牌竞争力的关系,高职院校校园文化建设的内容取向与动力机制,建设先进校园文化对于提升高职院校品牌竞争力的重要作用; 第三部分:高职院校校园文化现状分析。论述了高职院校校园文化建设的基本情况,高职院校校园文化建设存在的问题与误区,正确认识和处理校园文化建设中的几种关系; 第四部分:探讨提升高职院校品牌竞争力的对策。重点从物质文化层面、制度文化层面、精神文化层面等三个方面来进行。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, higher vocational education has been attached great importance to by the society and has entered the golden period of development. In the face of the increasingly competitive market economy, How to achieve sustainable development in higher vocational colleges has become a major social issue. With the vigorous development of higher vocational education, The research on campus culture in higher vocational colleges has also achieved fruitful results. The advance of campus culture plays a very important role in the cultivation of talents and the promotion of the comprehensive level of higher vocational colleges. The campus culture of higher vocational colleges is unique compared with the campus culture of ordinary colleges and universities, which is determined by the basic nature of higher vocational education. The construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges not only has the commonness of campus culture in ordinary colleges and universities, but also has obvious individual color. Therefore, the development of campus culture, the promotion of brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, We must adhere to the reality of higher vocational colleges. The main body of the thesis is composed of four parts:. The first part is an overview of the brand competitiveness and campus culture of higher vocational colleges, including the definition of brand connotation, the basic characteristics, the value function and image shaping of brand competitiveness in higher vocational colleges, and the connotation of campus culture in higher vocational colleges. Basic characteristics and main contents; The second part: the role of advance campus culture in promoting brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. The relationship between advanced campus culture and brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, the content orientation and dynamic mechanism of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges are clarified. Construction of advanced campus culture plays an important role in promoting brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges; The third part: the analysis of the current situation of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, the basic situation of campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges, the problems and misunderstandings existing in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges, and the correct understanding and handling of several kinds of relations in the construction of campus culture; Part 4th: probe into the countermeasures to enhance the brand competitiveness of higher vocational colleges, focusing on three aspects: material culture, system culture and spiritual culture.
