旅游高职院校职业道德教育有效载体和路径研究

【摘要】：旅游高职院校肩负着"为社会和旅游经济建设第一线培养高技能应用人才和管理人才"的使命,强调的是以就业为导向,职业道德教育是其素质教育的重要内容。加强旅游高职院校职业道德教育,必须探索实施职业道德教育的有效载体和路径:丰富课程载体,建立旅游职业道德教育的平台;丰富实践载体,拓展旅游职业道德教育的空间;丰富文化载体,营造旅游职业道德教育的氛围。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational colleges of tourism shoulder the mission of "training highly skilled applied talents and management talents for the first line of social and tourism economic construction", which emphasizes the orientation of employment. Professional ethics education is an important part of quality education. In order to strengthen the professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges of tourism, we must explore the effective carrier and path of implementing professional ethics education: enrich the curriculum carrier and establish the platform of tourism professional ethics education; Enrich the practical carrier, expand the space of tourism professional ethics education, enrich the cultural carrier, create the atmosphere of tourism professional ethics education.
