【摘要】：湖南外国语职业学院1993年建校,前身为浏阳外国语学校。经历近20年的发展,学院逐步从外延发展转向内涵发展,本文试通过对该校国际化战略的探讨,同时结合我国民办高校发展的现状,对我国民办高校战略选择的诸多问题进行深入的思考与研究。本文借鉴企业管理学理论,在介绍研究的目的和意义,归纳国内外研究综述,分析国内外高校国际化战略现状和存在问题的基础之上,提出了湖南外国语职业学院的国际化战略模型,并利用管理学工具,进行战略分析、战略选择和实施,力图通过对湖南外国语职业学院国际化战略的研究,促进该校突出特色、提升整体竞争力,实现战略目标。论文的内容共分5个部分：第一部分绪论,介绍论文写作的背景、目的、意义及国内外研究综述,并对研究思路及方法等进行说明；第二部分主要说明研究的理论基础；第三部分主要阐述国内外民办高校国际化战略实施的启示；第四部分,通过对湖南外国语职业学院现状的分析,学校外部环境分析(PEST分析)、行业竞争环境分析(波特五种竞争力分析)和市场环境SWOT分析来具体剖析湖南外国语职业学院国际化战略的可行性；最后一部分,构建湖南外国语职业学院的国际化战略模型,实现国际化战略的选择实施。
[Abstract]:In 1993, Hunan Foreign language Vocational College was founded as Liuyang Foreign language School. After nearly 20 years of development, Hunan Foreign language Vocational College has gradually changed from extension to connotation development. This paper tries to discuss the internationalization strategy of the school. At the same time, combined with the current situation of the development of private colleges and universities in our country, this paper makes deep thinking and research on many problems in the strategic choice of private colleges and universities in our country. This paper draws lessons from the theory of enterprise management, introduces the purpose and significance of the research, and summarizes the research at home and abroad. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of internationalization strategy in colleges and universities at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the internationalization strategy model of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College, and makes strategic analysis, strategic choice and implementation by means of management tools. By studying the internationalization strategy of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College, the author tries to promote the university's outstanding characteristics, enhance the overall competitiveness and realize the strategic goal. The content of the thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is introduction, which introduces the background, purpose, significance and domestic and foreign research review, and explains the research ideas and methods, the second part mainly explains the theoretical basis of the research. The third part mainly expounds the enlightenment of the implementation of internationalization strategy of private colleges and universities at home and abroad. Part 4th, through the analysis of the current situation of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College, This paper analyzes the feasibility of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College's internationalization strategy by pest analysis, industry competition environment analysis (Porter's five competitiveness analysis) and market environment SWOT analysis. Construct the internationalization strategy model of Hunan Foreign language Vocational College and realize the choice and implementation of internationalization strategy.
