就业导向下英国职业教育改革趋势研究

【摘要】：21世纪以来，经济的不断发展使英国的就业形势逐渐发生着变化：就业岗位对工作技术含量的要求越来越高，工作的节奏和变换的频率也越来越快，具有较高专业素质及训练水平的人员才会受到社会和企业的欢迎。在这样的就业形势下，英国的就业者需要不断更新个人的知识和专业技能，以此来适应用人单位越来越高的要求。在这种时代潮流之下，英国职业教育作为培养技能型人才的大平台，在办学形式、课程设置、师资队伍建设、质量监管及经费保障方面正在或将要进行一系列有益的改革。而自从中国政府重视发展职业教育之后，职业学校毕业生的就业问题就成了很突出的社会问题。本文对英国以促进就业的职业教育改革趋势进行了研究，力图为中国职业教育的改革与发展提供一些有益的启示和借鉴。因此，本文从以“就业为导向”的思路出发，将英国的职业教育和中国的职业教育进行了对比性的研究，，以有助于中国职业教育在价值导向和具体办学体制方面的改革，缓解就业压力，使职业教育更加有利于促进整个社会的和谐发展。论文共分四章：第一章为绪论部分，阐述了研究的目的和意义。第二章为英国职业教育改革趋势研究，着重探讨三个方面的问题：一是英国职业教育的发展与现状；二是就业导向下英国职业教育改革的驱动力；三是就业导向下英国职业教育改革趋势。第三章主要探讨英国职业教育改革趋势给中国职业教育带来的启示。主要从对中国职业教育价值导向、办学体制、质量监管、经费运作的启示进行研究。第四章为结语部分，说明了本研究的创新、不足及未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, with the development of economy, the employment situation in Britain has gradually changed: jobs are demanding more and more technical jobs, and the pace and frequency of work are changing more and more quickly. People with higher professional quality and training level will be welcomed by society and enterprises. In this employment situation, British employees need to constantly update their personal knowledge and professional skills. Under the trend of the times, British vocational education, as a big platform for training skilled personnel, is in the form of running a school, setting up courses, and building a contingent of teachers. A series of beneficial reforms are being or will be carried out in the area of quality supervision and financial guarantee. Since the Chinese government attaches importance to the development of vocational education, the employment of vocational school graduates has become a very prominent social problem. This paper tries to provide some useful enlightenment and reference for the reform and development of vocational education in China. Therefore, this paper makes a comparative study of vocational education in Britain and vocational education in China from the perspective of "employment-oriented". In order to help China's vocational education in the value orientation and the specific school system reform, alleviate the employment pressure, make the vocational education more conducive to promoting the harmonious development of the whole society. The thesis is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, which expounds the purpose and significance of the research. The second chapter is the research on the reform trend of vocational education in Britain, focusing on three aspects: first, the development and current situation of vocational education in Britain; Second, the driving force of vocational education reform in Britain under the guidance of employment; The third chapter mainly discusses the enlightenment that the reform trend of British vocational education brings to China's vocational education, mainly from the value orientation, school running system and quality supervision of vocational education in China. Chapter 4th is the conclusion, which explains the innovation, deficiency and future research direction of this study.
