职业院校旅游类专业实践教学中校企合作的探索

【摘要】:当前形势下,职业院校实施的校企合作工学结合的教育模式顺应社会经济发展需要,符合职业教育规律,对于培养大量的企业急需的高素质技能型人才起到重要作用。校企合作实施实践教学是职业教育提高教学质量的主要途径。在科技与经济关系日益密切的时代中,各个职业院校在发展中都十分重视与企业的合作。但是,目前高职院校开展校企合作工学结合所取得的实际效果并不尽如人意。对职业院校来说,应该采取怎样的校企合作教育模式才能推动自身的更好发展和人才培养质量的提高,研究如何深入、有效开展校企合作工学结合的教育模式,使其达到职业教育人才培养的目标,就成为一个需要研究的课题。 本文旨在对职业院校开展校企合作工学结合模式的过程中遇到的问题进行研究,通过对目前校企合作现状进行梳理,找出校企合作的有效运作模式。文章主要分为六个部分。第一部分对职业教育实践教学中校企合作问题提出的背景作了阐述,,并分析了课题研究的意义;第二部分对职业院校、校企合作等概念的定义和内涵进行了解读,并论述了关于实践教学中校企合作的国内外研究现状;第三部分分析了实践教学中校企合作开展的意义,指出了实践教学中实行校企合作的理论依据,并分析了现阶段制约职业院校校企合作开展的瓶颈;第四部分从校内实践教学中校企合作的开展和校外实践教学中校企合作的开展两个层面展开论述,并把国内普遍的的校企合作教育模式与河北旅游职业学院旅游管理系实施的实践教学中的校企合作进行比较,研究了所探索模式的应用效果,特别是“旅院”顶岗实习模式和“旅园合作”模式具有极大的推广和应用价值;第五部分针对现阶段制约职业院校校企合作开展的瓶颈提出了激励校企合作开展的对策;最后一部分预测了未来我国校企合作主流模式的特征,并展望了校企合作的发展前景。 校企合作只有坚持共赢的思路,充分发挥校企双方在校企合作工学结合中的优势,并使双方充分享受校企合作工学结合教育模式带来的成果,校企双方的合作才会有活力,校企合作工学结合教育模式才能健康、深入的开展下去。
[Abstract]:Under the current situation, the educational model of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, which is implemented by vocational colleges and universities, conforms to the needs of social and economic development and conforms to the rules of vocational education. It plays an important role in cultivating a large number of highly qualified skilled personnel that enterprises urgently need. The implementation of practical teaching in cooperation between schools and enterprises is the main way to improve the teaching quality of vocational education. In the era of increasingly close relationship between science and technology and economy, All vocational colleges attach great importance to the cooperation with enterprises in their development. However, the actual results obtained by the combination of university and enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges are not satisfactory. What kind of cooperative education mode should be adopted in order to promote their own better development and improve the quality of personnel training, to study how to deepen and effectively carry out the educational model of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the combination of work and learning, To achieve the goal of vocational education personnel training, it has become a subject to be studied. The purpose of this paper is to study the problems encountered in the process of carrying out the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise in vocational colleges and universities, and to sort out the present situation of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The article is divided into six parts. The first part expounds the background of the cooperation between school and enterprise in the practical teaching of vocational education, and analyzes the significance of the research. The definition and connotation of the concept of school-enterprise cooperation are interpreted, and the current research situation of school-enterprise cooperation in practical teaching is discussed. The third part analyzes the significance of school-enterprise cooperation in practical teaching. This paper points out the theoretical basis for carrying out the cooperation between schools and enterprises in practical teaching, and analyzes the bottleneck restricting the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational colleges at this stage. The 4th part discusses the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the practical teaching and the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the practice teaching outside the school. In addition, the author compares the common school-enterprise cooperative education model in China with the practical teaching in the tourism management department of Hebei Tourism Vocational College, and studies the application effect of the explored model. Especially, the "tour college" practice model and the "tour park cooperation" model have great promotion and application value; 5th part of the bottleneck restricting the cooperation of vocational colleges and universities at the present stage proposed the countermeasures to encourage the cooperation between the school and the enterprise. The last part predicts the characteristics of the main mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in the future, and looks forward to the development prospect of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The cooperation between schools and enterprises will have vitality only if they adhere to the win-win thinking, give full play to the advantages of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in the combination of work and learning, and make both sides fully enjoy the results of the education model of cooperation between schools and enterprises. The school-enterprise cooperation work-learning unifies the education pattern to be able to be healthy, carries on deeply.
