SJ学院物业管理专业招生与培养策略研究

【摘要】:高职教育作为我国特殊的教育形式,是我国培养高素质高技能人才的重要途径。根据《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》提出“要逐步实施高等学校分类入学考试、高等职业教育入学考试由各省组织”,安徽省从2011年高等职业院校试点自主招生,到今年2013年安徽省自主招生高职院校40所,比2012年自主招生24所扩充一倍左右。高职院校招生正在向自主招生过渡,生源是今后高等职业院校生存的源头。随着我国社会经济的发展,物业管理作为我国国民经济的新兴行业,处在发展的初级阶段,需要大量的物业管理专业人才。高技能型人才的短缺,企业常年招聘。处在中间的高等职业院校应把握新形势、新机遇、新挑战,制定适合自身的招生营销策略,确保生源数量和生源质量,培养出更多适应社会需要的高技能型物业管理人才。 本文应用市场营销的相关理论和有关模型,依据SJ学院物业管理专业现状及存在的问题,通过SJ学院物业管理面临的微观环境和宏观环境分析、运用SWOT模型得出学院物业管理所具有的优势(S)、劣势(w)以及可能面临的机会(0)和威胁(T),制定出学院物业管理专业差异化定位战略研究,通过教学服务策略、人员策略、有形展示策略、渠道策略、促销策略,突出办学特色和优势,拓宽宣传渠道,吸引优质生源。
[Abstract]:Higher vocational education, as a special form of education in our country, is an important way to train high quality and high skilled personnel in our country. According to the outline of National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020, it is proposed that the classified entrance examination of higher education should be carried out step by step. The entrance examination for higher vocational education is organized by various provinces. "from 2011 to 2013, 40 vocational colleges and universities in Anhui Province have enrolled their own students on a pilot basis," he said. The number of students in higher vocational colleges is in the transition to independent enrollment, and the source of students will be the source of survival of higher vocational colleges in the future. With the development of social economy in our country, Property management, as a new industry of our national economy, is in the primary stage of development, and needs a large number of real estate management professionals. The shortage of highly skilled talents and the recruitment of enterprises all year round. The higher vocational colleges and universities in the middle should grasp the new situation. New opportunities, new challenges, the establishment of suitable enrollment marketing strategy, to ensure the number and quality of students, to cultivate more highly skilled property management personnel to meet the needs of the society. This paper applies the relevant theories and models of marketing, according to the current situation and existing problems of property management in SJ college, and analyzes the micro and macro environment of property management in SJ college. By using SWOT model, the advantages and disadvantages of college property management and the possible opportunities and threats are obtained. The research on differentiation strategy of college property management specialty is worked out. Through teaching service strategy and personnel strategy, the author puts forward the following conclusions: 1. Visible display strategy, channel strategy, promotion strategy, highlight the characteristics and advantages of running schools, broaden the channels of publicity, attract high-quality students.
