【摘要】:职业教育课堂教学系统性评价是对职业教育课堂教学中的教学动力、教学目标、教学愿景、教学投入、教学组织和教学质量等六个方面的全息式评价。职业教育课堂教学系统性评价中始终贯穿人本、公正、科学、发展的评价理念,坚持职业教育课堂教学评价的SAMRT原则,以全面发展为评价目的,教师、学生等全员参与为评价主体,采用积分制的模式,以真实为基础,综合运用多种评价方法,在过程中适时调控,为教师和学生提供决策服务,最终实现"以评促教",提升职业教育课堂教学质量。
[Abstract]:The systematic evaluation of classroom teaching in vocational education is the teaching motive force, teaching goal, teaching vision and teaching input in vocational education classroom teaching. Holographic evaluation in six aspects of teaching organization and teaching quality. The systematic evaluation of vocational education classroom teaching always runs through the evaluation concept of humanism, justice, science and development, and adheres to the SAMRT principle of vocational education classroom teaching evaluation. With the purpose of comprehensive development, the participation of teachers and students as the main body of evaluation, adopting the model of integral system, taking the real as the basis, comprehensively applying various evaluation methods, adjusting and controlling timely in the process, providing decision-making service for teachers and students. Finally, we can improve the teaching quality of vocational education by evaluating and promoting teaching.
