高职院校课堂教学质量管理信息系统研究与设计

【摘要】:近年来,随着我国高等职业教育的大力发展,如何提高高等职业院校的教学质量,提升院校竞争能力是当前这类院校必须要面对的重大课题。同时高等职业院校教育素质改革不断进行,高职教育逐渐走向数字化、网络化、信息化,高职教学管理正在不断改革创新。传统的课堂教学管理模式实现途径单一,效率低下,很难达到理想的效果。 根据国家创建高职示范性院校及高职高专人才培养评估工作的要求,本人所在单位教师课堂教学质量有了明显的提高。随着教育发展的改革,原有的课堂教学质量评价系统无论是从评价标准还是从应用手段上都已经无法满足新阶段课堂教学质量管理的要求。本文在掌握了教学评价工作相关理论知识的基础上,结合高职院校目前的实际情况,通过调研分析总结了高职院校课堂教学评价工作现状;根据院校教学评价中存在的问题,运用问卷调查法、关键要素调查法、专家咨询法重新制定了高职院校教学评价指标体系,并以此评价指标体系为基础,以校园网为依托,根据软件工程的设计原则,完成了基于WEB的高职院校课堂教学质量管理信息系统的需求分析、总体设计和详细设计,以推动高职院校教学改革的深入,不断提高课堂教学质量,提升学校竞争能力。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of higher vocational education in China, how to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational colleges, To promote the competitive ability of colleges and universities is an important subject that must be faced by such colleges and universities at present. At the same time, the quality reform of higher vocational education is constantly carried out, and higher vocational education is gradually moving towards digitization, networking and information. Higher vocational teaching management is constantly reforming and innovating. The traditional classroom teaching management mode has a single way and low efficiency, so it is difficult to achieve the ideal effect. In accordance with the requirements of the national establishment of model higher vocational colleges and the work of personnel training and evaluation in higher vocational colleges, the quality of classroom teaching of teachers in my unit has been obviously improved. With the reform of the development of education, The original evaluation system of classroom teaching quality can not meet the requirements of classroom teaching quality management in the new stage either from the evaluation standard or from the application means. Combined with the actual situation of higher vocational colleges, the present situation of classroom teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges is summarized through investigation and analysis, and according to the problems existing in the evaluation of teaching in colleges and universities, the method of questionnaire investigation and the investigation of key elements are used. The expert consultation method reformulated the teaching evaluation index system of higher vocational colleges, and based on the evaluation index system, based on the campus network, according to the design principles of software engineering, The requirement analysis, overall design and detailed design of the information system of classroom teaching quality management based on WEB are completed in order to promote the deepening of teaching reform in higher vocational colleges, improve the quality of classroom teaching and enhance the competitive ability of the school.
