产业转型期我国都市职业教育的时代困境与生存变革

【摘要】：产业结构的变化与劳动力结构有着密切的联系,随着都市产业结构的调整升级,现代服务业对人才的需求不断加大。国际经验表明,在都市的发展进程中,中、低技能职业仍然是劳动力就业的主要阵地。然而,现行的人口调控政策加剧了职教生源短缺的现状,新一轮信息技术革命使得职业教育面临人才培养的技能危机。为此,都市职业教育发展需要延展社会服务功能,加快面向新型产业的专业结构调整,从简单的技能训练转向人机智能合作教育,为普通教育学生提供技能选修课程服务,在建设学习型城市的战略发展中确立自身的新型定位。
[Abstract]:The change of industrial structure is closely related to the structure of labor force. With the adjustment and upgrading of urban industrial structure, the demand for talents in modern service industry is increasing. International experience shows that, in the process of urban development, Low-skilled occupation is still the main position of labor force employment. However, the current population control policy has aggravated the shortage of vocational education students, and the new information technology revolution has made vocational education face the skill crisis of talent cultivation. The development of urban vocational education needs to extend the function of social service, speed up the adjustment of professional structure oriented to new industries, change from simple skill training to human-computer intelligent cooperative education, and provide students with skills elective course service for general education. To establish its new position in the strategic development of building a learning city.
