广东省高职院校精品在线开放课程评估指标体系构建研究

【摘要】:2003以来,国家十分重视教学资源建设,鼓励高职院校利用信息技术促进教育教学,提高教学效率,提高教学质量。在信息技术覆盖下,教育部开展了精品在线开放课程的建设工作,很多高职院校为了推动本校精品在线开放课程建设的步伐,纷纷出台激励政策,设计教学平台,支撑课程建设。近年来,广东省高职院校精品在线开放课程的建设取得了很大的进展,各个学校都建设有精品在线开放课程。但到目前为止,对开放课程的评价指标体系的理论研究还不够深入,2012年度建立的评价指标体系已是最新的。本研究通过文献研究、专家访谈、专家问卷等路径,使用切合实际的理论与方式,提出了精品在线开放课程评估指标体系的原则和方法,初步构建广东省高职院校精品在线开放课程的评估系统,期待能为此类课程的评估供给科学的工具。本研究首先对现有的国家精品在线开放课程评估指标的构成因素进行研究,再选取了5位专家进行一对一的访谈,对访谈结果进行梳理并再次咨询意见之后,确定了精品在线开放课程评估指标体系构建的主导思想。接着,通过查阅课程评估指标体系的文献,本研究找出了建立精品在线开放课程评估指标体系应该遵循的4个原则:系统性、可测性、指标与目标的相关性、定量指标与定性指标结合使用,再结合高职院校此类课程开展工作情况,采用意见咨询法,初步构建出框架和评价标准。精品在线开放课程评估指标体系的框架形成后,本研究进一步选取了20位专家进行调查问卷分析,征求专家意见,用以检验初建的精品在线开放课程评估指标体系,其中,评估指标体系包括5个一级指标:分别是课程设计、教学队伍、教学资源、课程使用、建设环境。通过对专家调查问卷的数据分析,确立评估指标体系的权重。最后,本研究以广东农工商职业技术学院、广东水利电力职业技术学院、顺德职业技术学院、广州城建职业学院4所高职院校400名大学生为对象,进行了课程的线下满意度调查。同时,根据研究建构的评估指标体系,通过建立《职业发展与就业指导》在线开放课程,进行了线上满意度调查。精品在线开放课程评估是一项系统工程,在实际工作中面临着许多的困难,但笔者相信通过实际工作中的调整,此评估指标体系能不断完善,能更好地指导精品在线开放课程的建设,满足使用者要求。
[Abstract]:Since 2003, the country has attached great importance to the construction of teaching resources, encouraging higher vocational colleges to use information technology to promote education and teaching, improve teaching efficiency and improve teaching quality. The Ministry of Education has carried out the construction of high-quality online open courses. In order to promote the construction of high-quality online open courses, many higher vocational colleges have introduced incentive policies, designed teaching platforms, and supported the construction of courses in recent years. Great progress has been made in the construction of high-quality online open courses in higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province. The theoretical research on the evaluation index system of open curriculum is not deep enough. The evaluation index system established in 2012 is the latest. Through literature research, expert interview, expert questionnaire and so on, this study uses practical theories and methods. This paper puts forward the principles and methods of the evaluation index system of excellent online open courses, and preliminarily constructs the evaluation system of excellent online open courses in Guangdong vocational colleges. It is expected to provide scientific tools for the evaluation of this kind of courses. This study first studies the constituent factors of the evaluation indicators of the existing national fine online open courses, and then selects five experts to conduct one-to-one interviews. After combing the interview results and consulting again, the author determines the main idea of constructing the evaluation index system of the excellent online open curriculum. Then, by consulting the literature of the evaluation index system of the course, This study finds out the four principles that should be followed in establishing the evaluation index system of excellent online open courses: systematization, testability, correlation between indicators and objectives, combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators. Combining with the work of such courses in higher vocational colleges and adopting the method of opinion consultation, the framework and evaluation criteria are preliminarily constructed. After the framework of evaluation index system of excellent online open courses is formed, In this study, 20 experts were selected for questionnaire analysis, and expert opinions were sought to test the evaluation index system of the newly built online open courses, in which the evaluation index system includes five first-level indicators: curriculum design, respectively. Teaching team, teaching resources, curriculum use, environment construction. Through the data analysis of expert questionnaire, the weight of evaluation index system is established. Finally, this study is based on Guangdong College of Agriculture, Industry and Technology, An offline satisfaction survey of 400 students from 4 vocational colleges of Guangdong Water Conservancy and Electric Power College, Shunde Vocational and Technical College and Guangzhou City Construction Vocational College was carried out. At the same time, according to the evaluation index system constructed by the study, Through the establishment of the online open course "career Development and Employment guidance", the online satisfaction survey is carried out. The evaluation of the online open course is a systematic project, which faces many difficulties in practical work. However, the author believes that through the adjustment of practical work, the evaluation index system can be continuously improved, and can better guide the construction of high-quality online open courses and meet the requirements of users.
