改革开放以来中职院校专业设置的变迁研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,随着社会经济的不断发展,中等职业教育在30多年的时间里经历了不断发展与变革的过程。专业设置是联系中等职业教育与市场需求的纽带和窗口,专业目录是专业设置的纲领性文件,基于专业目录、专业设置、中等职业教育之间的包含与被包含、体现与被体现的关系,,文章从分析专业目录的发展变化入手,以此反映专业设置的变化,最终达到探究中等职业教育发展演变过程的目标。 通过研读有关中等职业学校专业设置的文献,发现大多数研究集中在专业设置管理体制、专业设置原则、具体专业设置的可行性分析、职业院校专业设置的现状调查等方面,对于中等职业学校专业设置的历史研究比较少。因此,根据历史发展的规律对中等职业学校专业设置的阶段特征进行梳理,从专业目录的具体层面分析专业设置的变化,这也是中等职业学校专业设置研究的一个新的尝试。 本文主要运用了历史研究法、文献法、比较分析法等方法,研究中等职业学校专业设置的变化。具体而言,文章主体内容包括三个部分:第一部分,根据社会经济发展和中等职业教育政策法规的调整和修订情况,将改革开放以来中等职业学校专业设置的历史划分为四个阶段:恢复发展时期(1978年-1991年),改革调整时期(1992年-1999年),全面建设时期(2000年-2006年),规范提高时期(2007年-至今),通过对不同阶段有关中等职业学校专业设置的政策法规文献的研究,总结出不同历史时期中等职业学校专业设置的特点,并且试图探究不同历史时期中等职业学校专业设置特点之间的继承与发展关系。第二部分则对不同历史阶段中等职业学校专业设置的指导性文献——中等职业学校专业目录(1993年《普通中等专业学校专业目录》、2000年《中等职业学校专业目录》、2010年《中等职业学校专业目录(2010年修订)》),进行了具体的比较分析。通过对不同历史阶段中等职业学校专业目录在名称、体例结构、专业内容、专业数量等方面的变化进行总结与整理,试图用定量的方式来展现中等职业学校专业设置的变化。文章第三部分则是对前两部分的总结,找出中等职业学校专业设置演化发展的规律。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the continuous development of social economy, secondary vocational education has experienced the process of continuous development and transformation in more than 30 years. Professional catalogue is a programmatic document of professional setting, which is based on the inclusion and inclusion of professional catalogue, professional setting and secondary vocational education, and the relationship between embodiment and embodiment. This article begins with the analysis of the development and change of professional catalogue. In order to reflect the changes of professional setup, the goal of exploring the evolution process of secondary vocational education is finally achieved. By studying the literature on professional establishment in secondary vocational schools, it is found that most of the studies focus on the management system of professional setting, the principles of professional setting, the feasibility analysis of specific specialties, and the investigation of the present situation of professional setup in vocational colleges and universities. Therefore, according to the law of historical development, this paper combs the stage characteristics of specialized setting in secondary vocational schools, and analyzes the changes of specialty settings from the specific level of specialties catalogue. This is also a new attempt to study the specialty setting in secondary vocational schools. This article mainly uses the historical research method, the literature method, the comparative analysis method and so on, studies the secondary vocational school specialized establishment change. Specifically, the article main content includes three parts: the first part, According to the adjustment and revision of social and economic development and secondary vocational education policies and regulations, The history of professional establishment in secondary vocational schools since the reform and opening up has been divided into four stages: the period of recovery and development (1978-1991), the period of reform and adjustment (1992-1999), the period of comprehensive construction (2000-2006), the period of improvement of standards (2007-. Up to now, through the research on the policies and regulations of professional establishment in secondary vocational schools at different stages, The characteristics of specialties in secondary vocational schools in different historical periods are summarized. And try to explore the relationship of inheritance and development between the characteristics of professional setting in secondary vocational schools in different historical periods. The second part is the guiding literature on the professional establishment of secondary vocational schools in different historical periods-secondary vocational schools. The specialized catalogue (1993, 2000, 2010), and 2010, respectively, are compared with each other. Through the analysis of different historical stages, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the contents of the specialties of the secondary vocational schools (1993), 2000 (2000) and 2010 (revised in 2010). Secondary vocational school professional catalogue in the name, This paper summarizes and arranges the changes in style structure, professional content, professional quantity and so on, and tries to show the changes of professional settings in secondary vocational schools in a quantitative way. The third part of the article is a summary of the first two parts. To find out the rules of the evolution and development of specialties in secondary vocational schools.
