工作过程导向的中职汽修专业教学模式改革研究

【摘要】：随着汽车产业的大繁荣、汽车后市场的大发展,汽车维修行业对技能型和技术型人才的需求大增,同时对从业人员的职业能力也提出更高的要求。而作为汽车技能人才供应的主力军,中等职业学校虽然也得到了较快的发展,但仍存在培养目标不明确、教学模式落后、教学评价体系单一等诸多问题,导致培养出来的学生既不能很好地适应工作岗位要求、缺乏竞争力,也没有表现出新型技能人才应有的综合素质。针对这些问题,本文以工作过程导向教学理论为指导,对中职汽修专业的教学模式进行研究,把工作过程导向的教学思想引入到专业课程建设与教学活动中,为中职汽修专业的教学模式改革提供参考。本文着重探讨了工作过程导向教学模式的构建问题,指出必须在大量调研的基础上总结出贴合实际的课程体系,改变传统的教学方式,以任务驱动的行动导向教学法为基础,总结归纳出一套适合中职汽修专业的教学方法。最后以本校汽车维修专业的《汽车发动机电控系统》课程为例,把企业中实际的电控系统检测过程作为学习情境引入到教学中,采用工作过程导向的思维,展示了一个从任务引入到评价反馈的完整教学过程。工作过程导向的教学模式以提升学生的职业能力为目标,改变了传统的教学方式和师生配合方式,强调以学生为主体、以工作过程知识为教学内容,提升了学生的学习积极性,极大地缩短了学校与企业之间的距离,从而更有利于培养高素质高技能的人才。本课题的研究也可以为同类学校相关专业的教学改革提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the great prosperity of the automobile industry and the great development of the market after the automobile, the demand for skilled and technical talents in the automobile maintenance industry has increased greatly. At the same time, higher requirements are put forward to the professional ability of employees. As the main force in the supply of automobile skilled personnel, secondary vocational schools have also developed rapidly, but there are still unclear training objectives and backward teaching models. Many problems, such as the single teaching evaluation system, lead to the students being unable to adapt to the requirements of the job, lacking competitiveness, and not showing the comprehensive qualities of the new type of skilled personnel. Under the guidance of the working process-oriented teaching theory, this paper studies the teaching mode of the secondary vocational school automobile repair specialty, and introduces the working process-oriented teaching thought into the professional curriculum construction and teaching activities. This paper focuses on the construction of working process-oriented teaching model, and points out that the practical curriculum system must be summed up on the basis of a large number of investigations. By changing the traditional teaching method and taking the task-driven action oriented teaching method as the basis, a set of teaching methods suitable for the secondary vocational school automobile repair specialty is summed up. Finally, taking the course of Automotive engine Electronic Control system for our school as an example, The actual electronic control system testing process in the enterprise is introduced into the teaching as a learning situation, and the working process oriented thinking is adopted. It shows a complete teaching process from task introduction to evaluation feedback. The working process-oriented teaching model aims at improving students' professional ability, changes the traditional teaching method and teacher-student cooperation, and emphasizes the student-oriented teaching mode. Taking the knowledge of the working process as the teaching content has promoted the students' enthusiasm for learning and greatly shortened the distance between the school and the enterprise. The research of this subject can also provide reference for the teaching reform of the related major in the same school.
