【摘要】：司法职业院校每年都会为国家培养大量的监狱警察。在校学生职业道德意识的状况会直接影响着国家刑罚执行的公正性。本文在充分浏览现有文献资料的基础上,对在校生进行问卷调查并结合与监狱警察的访谈记录,从多角度对司法职业院校学生职业道德意识培养问题进行较为系统和全面的考察。全文分四部分,第一部分绪论,主要阐述司法职业院校学生职业道德培养的意义、目的,并谈及文章的研究思路及研究方法。指出研究这一问题的理论价值在于丰富和完善司法职业院校人才培养理论,其实践价值在于能够更好地指导学生职业道德教育活动的开展。第二部分司法职业院校学生职业道德培养的理论基础。在马克思主义道德观和马克思主义唯物史观的指导下,总结出司法职业院校学生职业道德的内涵及研究价值。第三部分对在校学生职业道德意识现状进行调查分析。总结出学生在职业道德意识方面积极和消极的思想表现,并在此基础上对问题存在的原因进行分析。第四部分提出了培养学生职业道德的途径：树立以人为本的理念；学生管理实行警式化模式；推进职业道德教育课程改革；引导学生参加社会实践活动；发挥教师为人师表的作用；搭建校园职业道德教育的平台。
[Abstract]:Every year the judicial occupation colleges are to cultivate a large number of prison police for the country. Students occupation moral consciousness will directly affect the impartiality of the national penalty performance. Based on the full view existing literature data, questionnaire survey on students and combined with the prison police interview, investigated systematically and comprehensively on the occupation moral consciousness of Student Judicial occupation colleges from many angles. The paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly expounds the significance, the judicial occupation college students occupation moral cultivation, and talked about the research ideas and research methods of this paper. It is pointed out that the theoretical value of the study of this problem is to enrich and improve the judicial personnel occupation colleges culture theory, its practical value is better able to guide the students' occupation moral education activities. The second part of the judicial occupation colleges Students' occupation moral cultivation theory. In Marx's moral values and Marx materialism guidance, summed up the connotation and research value of students occupation moral judicial occupation colleges. The third part of the investigation and Analysis on the current situation of occupation moral consciousness of students. The students thought summed up in occupation moral sense, positive and negative to analyze the causes, and on the basis of the existing problems. The fourth part puts forward the ways to foster students' Occupation Morality: the concept of people-oriented management mode of students; police; promote the occupation moral education curriculum reform; to guide students to participate in social practice activities; teachers play the role of a teacher; build campus occupation moral education platform.
