作家进校园:高职院校文化建设新途径

【摘要】：文化育人与技术技能育人是高职院校育人的两个方面。受以就业为导向的绝对强势的高职育人理念的影响,许多高职院校实施的其实是偏执的技术技能教育,以物质文化、制度文化、行为文化、精神文化为主要内容的校园文化建设对高职学生的文化培育效果也不够理想,因而提出作家进校园加强学校文化建设的举措,这种与学生面对面的、更加直接的文化育人方式,至少可以为高职学生普及具有本土特色的文学知识,提高学生文学艺术实践活动的学习效果,使包括自然科学类在内的全体教师熟悉、了解、研究地方传统文化,使教师在育人中努力做到文化育人与技术技能育人相融合。
[Abstract]:Cultural education and technical skill education are two aspects of higher vocational education. Under the influence of the absolute strong concept of higher vocational education oriented by employment, many higher vocational colleges carry out paranoid technical skill education and material culture. The construction of campus culture with institutional culture, behavior culture and spiritual culture as the main content is not ideal for the cultivation of higher vocational students' culture. Therefore, the writer puts forward the measures to strengthen the construction of school culture in the campus, which is face-to-face with the students. A more direct way of cultural education can at least popularize the literary knowledge with local characteristics for higher vocational students, improve the learning effect of students' literary and artistic practice, and make all teachers, including natural science, familiar with and understand it. By studying local traditional culture, teachers should make great efforts to integrate culture education with technical skill education.
