现代中职教育的特点、问题及建议

【摘要】：随着全面改革特别是教育综合领域改革的推进,政府对职业教育的政策从"大力发展"转变为"加快发展",引起社会的高度关注。中职教育作为公共服务体系的重要组成部分和现代职业教育体系的重要环节,在新的改革形势下,在人才培养目标、人才培养模式、考试评价制度等方面呈现出明显的时代特征与发展变化。当前我国的中职教育在培养理念、校企合作、中高职衔接、考核评价等方面存在突出问题,对此,必须变革人才培养理念,做好顶层设计和规划,加大政策执行力度,健全中高职衔接机制,完善质量评估体系,推动现代中职教育的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:With the development of comprehensive reform, especially in the field of education, The government's policy on vocational education has changed from "vigorously developing" to "speeding up development", which has aroused high social concern. As an important part of the public service system and an important link of the modern vocational education system, the secondary vocational education is an important part of the public service system and an important link of the modern vocational education system. Under the new situation of reform, in the aspects of talent training goal, talent training mode, examination evaluation system and so on, there are obvious characteristics and changes in the times. At present, the secondary vocational education in our country is in the cultivation idea, the cooperation between school and enterprise, and the connection of middle and higher vocational education. There are outstanding problems in assessment and evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to change the concept of talent training, do a good job of top-level design and planning, strengthen the implementation of policies, perfect the linking mechanism of middle and higher vocational education, and improve the quality evaluation system. Promote the sustainable development of modern secondary vocational education.
