重庆市高职院校师资队伍建设研究

【摘要】:高等职业教育的快速发展,必须有一支综合素质高、结构合理、适应高等职业教育发展的师资队伍。我国高职教育起步发展较晚,由于社会各界对高职教育的认识不够,所以没有完全形成适应高职教育需求的师资队伍和现成的办学经验,高职院校师资队伍建设问题已经开始成为制约高职教育发展的瓶颈。 本研究在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,运用激励理论、终身教育理论、人力资源理论等相关学科的理论知识,对调查结果进行分析,采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,借鉴国外美国、日本、德国、澳大利亚等发达国家高职教育的教师资格制度、队伍结构、聘用制度、培养培训体系等方面的先进经验,结合重庆市高职院校的实际情况,提出了以下几点建议。第一,建设一支素质优良的专任教师队伍,优化师资队伍结构;第二,实行教师资格准入制度,建立健全教师聘用机制;第三,加强“双师型”队伍的建设,提高教师整体素质;第四,建立高素质的兼职教师队伍,增加高职院校教师培训机会;第五,,建立健全教师激励机制,建立健全教师考核机制,促进师资研究成果创新。 本文的主要内容如下: 第一章是绪论。介绍了论文的研究背景、研究的目的和意义,对高职师资队伍建设的文献进行了综述,指出本文的研究思路与方法、框架及内容,介绍了创新和不足。 第二章是理论基础,对本论文涉及的相关概念和定义进行界定,并阐述相关的评价指标和本论文写作所需要的相关理论。 第三章和第四章是国外和重庆市高职院校师资队伍建设的现状分析,对比重庆目前高职师资队伍建设的现状,找出师资队伍建设存在问题及可改进之处。 第五章是加强重庆市高职院校师资队伍建设的对策和建议。 本文存在的创新点在于全面的从宏观上提出了一些加强重庆高职院校师资队伍建设的具体措施,从内外部环境两方面加以改善,通过政府的宏观政策支持(例如加大教育改革的力度、培养基地的建设、建立高职教师职称评审制度等)和高职院校自身的努力,在内外部环境都具备的情况下造就一支适应高职教育发展的高素质师资队伍。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of higher vocational education must have a team of teachers with high comprehensive quality, reasonable structure and adapt to the development of higher vocational education. Therefore, the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges has become a bottleneck restricting the development of higher vocational education without fully forming a contingent of teachers to meet the needs of higher vocational education and ready-made experience in running a school. On the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign research results, using the theory of incentive theory, life-long education theory, human resources theory and other related disciplines, the research results are analyzed, the literature analysis method and questionnaire method are used. Such research methods as interview method, and draw lessons from advanced experience in higher vocational education in developed countries, such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Australia and other developed countries, such as teacher qualification system, team structure, employment system, training system, etc. According to the actual situation of Chongqing higher vocational colleges, the following suggestions are put forward: first, to build a contingent of qualified full-time teachers and optimize the structure of teachers; second, to implement the system of teacher qualification admission. Third, strengthen the construction of "double-qualified" team to improve the overall quality of teachers; fourth, establish a contingent of high-quality part-time teachers to increase the training opportunities of teachers in higher vocational colleges; fifth, To establish and perfect teacher incentive mechanism, establish and perfect teacher assessment mechanism, and promote the innovation of teachers' research results. The main contents of this paper are as follows:. The first chapter is the introduction. It introduces the research background, the purpose and the significance of the research, summarizes the literature on the construction of the teaching staff in higher vocational education, points out the research ideas and methods, the framework and the content of this paper, and introduces the innovation and deficiency. The second chapter is the theoretical basis, the related concepts and definitions involved in this paper are defined, and the relevant evaluation indicators and the relevant theories needed for the writing of this paper are expounded. The third and fourth chapters are the current situation analysis of foreign and Chongqing higher vocational colleges' teacher team construction, compare the current situation of Chongqing's current higher vocational teaching staff construction, find out the existing problems of teachers' construction and the place that can be improved. The fifth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of teachers in Chongqing higher vocational colleges. The innovation of this paper lies in putting forward some concrete measures to strengthen the construction of teachers' team in Chongqing higher vocational colleges from the macro perspective, and improving it from two aspects: internal and external environment. Through the government's macro policy support (such as increasing the strength of education reform, the construction of training base, establishing the evaluation system of higher vocational teachers' titles, etc.) and the efforts of higher vocational colleges and universities themselves, Under the condition of both internal and external environment, a high-quality teaching staff should be brought up to adapt to the development of higher vocational education.
