基于国家级技能大师工作室人才培养模式探索现代学徒制的研究——岭南特色工艺传承基地建设

【摘要】：通过国家级技能大师工作室项目工艺美术大师入校园,非遗技艺传承课程开发,建立以"四位一体、双核驱动"(双核为核心从业能力和核心职业技能)为核心理念的工作室人才培养现代学徒制新模式,依托工艺美术行业协会设立学院岭南艺术产业系,工学结合共同育人。探索以"大师工作室"为载体培养高素质技能人才途径,创建工艺美术行业职业能力培养体系。
[Abstract]:Through the national skill master studio project, the master of arts and crafts entered the campus, the course of inheritance of non-posthumous skills was developed, and the "four-in-one" was established. The new mode of modern apprenticeship system, which is based on the core concept of "dual-core" (dual-nucleus as core competence and core vocational skills), established the Lingnan Art Industry Department of College, relying on the Association of Arts and Crafts Industry, This paper explores the ways of cultivating high quality talents with the carrier of "Master Studio", and establishes the professional ability training system of arts and crafts industry.
