中职“物流服务与管理”专业改革研究

【摘要】:当前,我国物流产业的发展正逢其时,对于人才的需求也在与日俱增。而作为为产业发展提供人才输出的学校,物流服务与管理专业的课程设置、教师队伍、以及课程组合模式都将直接影响到输出人才能否适应当前物流工作岗位,适应物流行业快速发展的客观需求,对于物流产业发展有着重要的影响。本文通过对天津市中职学校物流服务与管理专业的改革进行分析研究,探讨了中等职业技术学校物流服务与管理专业课程改革的过程。论文对中职物流服务与管理专业改革前后的基本情况进行了分析。介绍了物流服务与管理专业存在的一些问题,改革的必要性和急迫性。同时对专业改革的目标、理念和具体实施中的课程安排,课时设置情况进行了分析探讨。通过本文研究,得出以下结论:一是依据教育部《关于进一步深化中等职业教育教学改革的若干意见》,针对当前物流行业的发展现状,以往的三段式教学模式已经无法适应当前的需求,必须进行必要的改革。应当转变以往的以知识体系构建为目的的教学模式,转向以学生技术能力体系构建为目的的教学模式。二是对现有的课程设置模式进行必要的改革。现有的课程设置模式,是以知识理论体系构建逻辑为基础的课程体系,应当转向以能力体系构建逻辑为基础的课程体系,根据能力培养的一般规律对课程进行安排。三是对物流服务与管理专业的具体课程内容进行改革,应当添加更多的操作能力课和实训课。重点是培养学生的实际操作能力和技术能力。第四,,除了对课程的直接改革之外,还应当构建一套使之能够顺利实施的保障措施,通过对教师素质的提升,教材的改革等,来确保物流服务与管理专业改革能够顺利进行。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of logistics industry in our country is at the right time, and the demand for talents is also increasing. As a school that provides the output of talents for industrial development, the curriculum of logistics service and management major, the teaching staff, The curriculum combination model will directly affect whether the output talents can adapt to the current logistics jobs and meet the objective needs of the rapid development of the logistics industry. This paper analyzes and studies the reform of logistics service and management major in secondary vocational schools in Tianjin. This paper probes into the course reform process of logistics service and management major in secondary vocational and technical school, analyzes the basic situation before and after the reform of logistics service and management major in secondary vocational school, and introduces some problems existing in logistics service and management specialty. The necessity and urgency of the reform. At the same time, this paper analyzes and discusses the goal, idea, curriculum arrangement and the setting of class time of the professional reform. The conclusions are as follows: first, according to the opinions of the Ministry of Education on further deepening the reform of secondary vocational education and teaching, in view of the current situation of the development of the logistics industry, the former three-stage teaching model has been unable to meet the current needs. Must carry out the necessary reform... Should change the previous teaching mode which aims at the knowledge system construction, The second is to carry on the necessary reform to the existing curriculum setup mode. The existing curriculum setup mode is the curriculum system based on the logic of constructing the knowledge theory system. We should turn to the curriculum system which is based on the logic of ability system construction, and arrange the curriculum according to the general law of ability cultivation. Third, we should reform the specific curriculum content of logistics service and management major. More operational and practical training courses should be added. The emphasis should be on developing students' practical and technical abilities. Fourthly, in addition to the direct reform of the curriculum, a set of safeguards should also be constructed to enable it to be successfully implemented. Through the improvement of teachers' quality and the reform of teaching materials, the reform of logistics service and management can be carried out smoothly.
