[Abstract]:In the past twenty years, the private higher education in our country has experienced a process of development from nothing to existence, from weak to strong. It has become an important part of higher education in our country and has met the diversified needs of people's higher education.A large number of talents have been transferred to the society, which has played an indelible role in promoting educational reform.However, in the process of rapid development of private colleges and universities, there are also some problems, especially the construction of teachers, which has become a bottleneck hindering the development of private colleges and universities.Therefore, private colleges and universities how to build a high-quality faculty has become the focus of attention.This paper takes sy Vocational College as an example, from the theory of human resources, through the objective analysis of the current situation of the construction of teachers, find out the shortcomings and problems in the construction of teachers, and aim at the actual situation of the college.This paper puts forward the optimization scheme of teacher recruitment, teacher training, performance appraisal, and discusses the construction of "double qualified" teaching staff, which is a hot issue at present.It is hoped that it can provide some valuable ideas and measures for the construction of teachers in private colleges and universities.
