基于移动学习技术的顶岗实习指导研究

【摘要】:当前高职顶岗实习过程中普遍存在着师生分离、实践任务多样化、实践指导难以提供个性化支持的问题。本研究设计了基于移动学习技术的学生实践学习反思支持系统,运用混合式研究方法对28名学生应用反思支持系统方式和影响因素进行了研究,发现顶岗实习环境和个人应用习惯、对利用实习日志进行学习反思的认识以及与指导教师的交互情况,决定了学生对系统的接受程度和应用效果,教师的及时反馈能够促进学生的反思。在应用频率上,以图片共享为主的交互方式更能引起学生的兴趣。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems such as separation of teachers and students, diversification of practical tasks and difficulty in providing individualized support for practical guidance in the process of internship in higher vocational colleges. This study has designed a reflective support system for students' practical learning based on mobile learning technology. In this paper, 28 students' applied reflective support system and its influencing factors were studied by using the mixed research method. The results showed that the appointees practice environment and personal application habits. The students' acceptance of the system and the effect of the application are determined by the cognition of learning reflection by using the practice log and the interaction with the teachers. The teacher's timely feedback can promote the students' reflection. The interactive mode based on picture sharing can arouse students' interest.
