中等职业学校教师校本培训的现状及对策研究

【摘要】:在职业教育改革发展进入到加快建设现代职业教育体系、全面提高技能型人才培养质量的背景下,中等职业教育作为职业教育的一种类型也在蓬勃地发展,并为国家现代化建设培养了大量的技能型人才。但是,随着中等职业教育的发展,师资队伍素质的提高成为制约中职教育发展,影响中职教育质量的一个关键问题。 校本培训作为学校组织的、以解决学校发展和教师专业发展实际问题的教师培训形式,既能节约开支,又与教师工作紧密相结合;并且在培训中,教师集体学习、研究,既有利于教师的专业发展,又有助于学习型学校的形成。因此,,中等职业学校校本培训是提高中职教师素质、促进教师专业发展和中职学校发展的可行途径。 但在实践中,中职学校及教师往往热衷于国家级培训、省级培训等级别更高的培训形式,忽视了校本培训这种最重要的培训方式。本研究将试图从研究背景着手,使用问卷调查、深度访谈、文献研究等科学的研究方法,通过对调查数据和访谈情况的分析,寻找中等职业学校校本培训方面存在的问题,分析原因,并寻找对策,以期促进中等职业学校校本培训活动的开展,促进我国中等职业教育的发展。 本研究主要分为四部分: 第一部分,绪论。介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的及研究意义、研究思路、研究方法,并梳理和总结了校本培训的国内外研究,界定了相关概念。 第二部分,中等职业学校校本培训现状的调查分析。本部分采用自编问卷,对河北省八所中等职业学校的教师进行了校本培训的问卷调查,并对调查结果进行了数据的统计分析。 第三部分,中等职业学校校本培训存在的主要问题及原因分析。本部分是基于第二部分调查结果,发现现阶段中等职业学校教师校本培训工作中存在的一些问题,并从校本培训理念不够深入、校本培训体系不够完善、教师参加校本培训不够积极三方面分析原因,为第四部分的实施对策提供依据。 第四部分,中等职业学校校本培训的实施对策。针对中等职业学校校本培训存在的问题,结合原因分析,从确立校本培训促进教师专业发展的理念、提高教师参加校本培训的积极性、合理选择校本培训内容、采取灵活多样的校本培训形式、建立健全高效的管理体制五个方面构建中等职业学校教师校本培训的实施策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of vocational education reform and development to speed up the construction of modern vocational education system and improve the quality of skilled personnel training in an all-round way, secondary vocational education as a type of vocational education is developing vigorously.And for the modernization of the country to cultivate a large number of skilled personnel.However, with the development of secondary vocational education, the improvement of the quality of teachers has become a key problem that restricts the development of secondary vocational education and affects the quality of secondary vocational education.As a form of teacher training organized by schools to solve the practical problems of school development and teachers' professional development, school-based training can not only save money but also be closely integrated with teachers' work.It is not only conducive to the professional development of teachers, but also conducive to the formation of learning schools.Therefore, school-based training in secondary vocational schools is a feasible way to improve teachers' quality and promote teachers' professional development and secondary vocational schools' development.However, in practice, secondary vocational schools and teachers are often keen on national training, provincial training and other higher levels of training, ignoring the school-based training as the most important form of training.This study will try to start from the research background, using questionnaire, in-depth interviews, literature research and other scientific research methods, through the analysis of the survey data and interviews, to find the secondary vocational school school-based training problems.The causes are analyzed and countermeasures are sought to promote the development of school-based training activities in secondary vocational schools and to promote the development of secondary vocational education in China.This research is divided into four parts:The first part, introduction.This paper introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research ideas, research methods, combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign research on school-based training, and defines the relevant concepts.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of school-based training in secondary vocational schools.In this part, teachers of eight secondary vocational schools in Hebei province were investigated with self-designed questionnaire, and the results were analyzed statistically.The third part, the secondary vocational school-based training existing in the main problems and reasons.This part is based on the second part of the survey results, found that there are some problems in the school-based training of secondary vocational school teachers, and from the concept of school-based training is not deep enough, school-based training system is not perfect.Teachers' participation in school-based training is not positive enough to analyze the three reasons for the fourth part of the implementation of countermeasures to provide the basis.The fourth part, the implementation countermeasure of school-based training in secondary vocational school.Adopting flexible and diverse forms of school-based training, establishing a sound and efficient management system and constructing the implementation strategy of school-based training for secondary vocational school teachers.
