高职高专护理专业学生基层就业问题研究

【摘要】:基层医疗卫生工作是我国公共卫生事业的重要组成部分,护理人员作为医学卫生人才中的一部分,也是基层卫生事业发展的中坚力量。随着我国社会经济的发展,人民群众对健康、对卫生服务要求越来越高,社会对护理人才的数量、质量及结构都提出了更高的要求。目前,我国的基层地区的一些医疗卫生服务机构还存在环境差,设备旧,管理制度缺的现象。再者,我国城乡卫生人员总量不高,分布不均,广大基层人民群众看病难的问题还时有存在。一方面农村等基层地区缺乏合格的护理人才;另一方面很多护理专业的毕业生存在不愿下基层的现象。这些年,国家和地方各级政府陆续出台各种优惠政策,意在鼓励大学生毕业后到基层就业,鼓励优秀的医疗卫生人才能够主动到中西部偏远地区,农村,城市的社区等单位工作,带去优质的服务,新的理念。这些优惠政策的实施,产生了良好的效果,高校毕业生到基层就业的数量有了明显的提高,但是,与解决大学生就业问题的要求相比,与广大基层对各类人才的需求相比,还存在差距。本文在通过对“国内外大学生就业问题”和“鼓励和引导高校毕业生到基层就业政策”的文献资料收集、整理的基础之上,试图通过分析护理专业学生就业现状,探索其就业的突破口,从社会、学校、基层单位、学生本人等方面来鼓励和引导护理专业的学生到基层就业。
[Abstract]:Primary medical and health care is an important part of public health in our country. As a part of medical and health personnel, nursing staff is also the backbone of the development of primary health care.With the development of our country's social economy, the people's demands on health and health service are higher and higher, and the quantity, quality and structure of nursing talents are demanded by the society.At present, some medical and health service institutions in grass-roots areas of our country still exist the phenomenon of poor environment, old equipment and lack of management system.Furthermore, the rural and urban health personnel in China are not high, uneven distribution, the masses of grass-roots people difficult to see the problem also exists from time to time.On the one hand, there is a shortage of qualified nursing talents in rural areas, on the other hand, many nursing graduates are unwilling to go down to the grass-roots level.Over the years, governments at the national and local levels have successively introduced various preferential policies aimed at encouraging college students to take up employment at the grass-roots level after graduation, and encouraging excellent medical and health personnel to take the initiative to reach remote areas in the central and western regions and rural areas.Urban community and other units work, bring quality services, new ideas.The implementation of these preferential policies has produced good results, and the number of college graduates getting employed at the grass-roots level has obviously increased. However, compared with the requirements for solving the employment problem of college students, and compared with the needs of the broad grass roots for all kinds of talents,There is still a gap.Based on the collection and collation of the literature on "the employment problem of college students at home and abroad" and "encouraging and guiding college graduates to work at the grass-roots level", this paper attempts to analyze the present employment situation of nursing students.To explore the breakthrough of employment, encourage and guide nursing students to obtain employment at the grass-roots level from the social, school, grass-roots units and students themselves.
